Our family of four booked two rooms! The hotel gave us a connecting suite, which was very large and comfortable! However, one of the rooms had a problem with the drainpipe; it smelled terrible. The hotel's engineering department and housekeeping staff came to fix it, but it didn't improve the situation! Changing rooms would have been inconvenient with a child, so we had to make do with the smell for one night! It was just a problem with the facilities; the service and other amenities were quite good! The location is also excellent; it's within walking distance of churches and other attractions.

Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush. Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service check in feeling .
We liked the space in the room and that the windows could get partially opened. Would try a different 5 star in Valencia next time .

I had the most relaxing stay in Valencia at the Westin. As this was my fourth time here in Valencia I was much happier to be in the Westin hotel location (in the past I've stayed in hotels right in the center), it's more local, right near the park and has everything you need without the overwhelming tourist crowds. Then, if you want to go to city center it's only a 15-20min walk.
I wanted to say special thanks to Maria and Celia from the breakfast shift for being exceptional at what they do; They are attentive, efficient and always ensuring that service is 5 star and nothing less! They have a very stressful job but manage to perform it effortlessly. Thank you both for an awesome week and every beautiful breakfast morning during my stay!

Just an amazing property, beautiful location is of the charts, staff could not be more helpful. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, the only thing is those carpets could be cleaned a little more often or a little more thorough

My recent stayed in Westin was very pleasant! The room was spacious but what made it different was the service. I was impressed the service provided by every staff member at the concierge especially Juan. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped me with my lost earphones and kept following up with the station in Barcelona. While I stayed there, it was holiday and most the restaurants were closed. Juan and Halyna took the initiative to suggest some restaurants that they thought were open during the holiday. Moreover, when I checked in the second time, the concierge agent sent my luggage to my room prior to my check in. The service was top notch! I was very happy with everyone who served me. The only downside is that there was no coffee machine in the room. I will recommend everyone to stay in Westin when they visit Valencia.

The hotel is large and very quiet, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is excellent – staff are professional and always ready to help. Parking is very convenient, and the spa facilities are a nice addition.
However, the hotel is clearly old and in need of a major renovation. While the rooms are spacious, they feel a bit tired and outdated. You can sense that the property has been around for quite some years.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place with great service and amenities, but it would truly shine if the management invested in a full renovation.

We enjoyed a three night stay at this hotel in July and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff and concierges were particularly helpful with providing assistance and suggestions. Two hidden gems in the hotel are the relaxation room next to the indoor pool and the bar off the lobby. Very nice experience in both places. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Valencia. Also a good location in the city, walking distance to park and City of Arts and Sciences.
