The hotel is in a really good position.
Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours.
Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person.
There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit.
No sofas, just a small restaurant.
Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night!
Overall a good experience.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Service beats other luxury hotels in Valencia we have stayed in. Restaurant food well above expectations. Was the only hotel that was able to offer us a room during the Monday Blackout despite losing all systems power. Staff were exceptional and very helpful during the Blackout period. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms! The rooms and hotel seem to be recently updated as everything looked super modern and nice. The location is unbeatable and super central.

Comfortable clean bed, very friendly staff, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the ventilation was not set to a lower temperature, so I opened the window at night, it was stuffy in the room. But in the morning I heard renovation work from the street.

Excellent location, just off the main square and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.
We booked a premium room, well worth it for the kettle, thank Catalonia, this is unusual in Spain but very welcome.
The shower was amazing!!
Despite there being major renovations on site, the whole hotel appeared to be very clean.
Staff were extremely helpful.
Only negative was that the room was supposed to have bathrobes, and despite asking for some, they never arrived. But this is only a small niggle

I had a good time at this hotel. It offers great value for the price and is in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors, which is a drawback. Despite that, I would stay there again.

The room is quite good, clean, and the service is very good. You can store your luggage. The location is very good, right next to the square, convenient for sightseeing. Very close to the train station

Great food. Great service. Great price. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. You can sit either in the terrace or inside the restaurant, where there's a nice view of the street at night.

You always surprise us with genius ideas, flavors, presentation, suggestions. All shale and adjusted price. Very varied wine cellar. Service is impeccable. Pity that it is so small the local.

Relationship quality-price is incredible. The tasting menu we were overwhelmed. Creative cuisine and traditional dishes too. We tried a sticky rice terrific.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.
