One Shot Reina Victoria in Valencia

Hotel room is big and very clean. Shower water pressure was amazing! Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect location.

My friend and I had an amazing stay!! The staff was welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. They can all speak lots of languages which is great.

The room itself was so lovely, the bed and pillows were so comfy (it was actually hard to leave the bed in the morning!).

The location was perfect - close to everything, walkable, the area was beautiful and so clean.

Only negative thing was the wifi which did not work very well but everything else was perfect!

A great older hotel with some quirky features.
Good:- The hotel is located in an excellent central location with attractions in all directions. There is a cool refreshing entrance to reception and the Air Con works well. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and has a good choice of breakfast fayre. The bed is very comfortable and there is a reassuring security safe in the room.

Bad:- There is very little storage space for clothing and we had to live out of suitcases. There are very few surfaces in general for placing things so stuff ends up on the floor. We could not get hot water from the shower on some days. The bed base is much bigger than the mattress causing us to bang our shins on occasion. There is no onsite bar or cafe but plenty of options nearby. No English language channels on the TV but luckily we took a Bluetooth speaker. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the 3rd floor so we needed to go to reception for a better signal. Reception did offer to re-room us lower but I though this excessive so gave them a pass.

In general:- I apologise if this review reads more negative than positive because we really enjoyed our stay of 9 days.

Perfectly located hotel for a Valencian City trip
We stayed at Reina Victoria in Valencia with our children. It is perfectly located as its 500m from the train station and then right on the border into the busy streets of Old Valencia.

If I had to say one thing, it was that the TV was not great and it was hard to get it working. The kids just needed a couple of hours of rest time but we resorted to watching something on our phones.
