Perfect stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

A very nice hotel. The interior is decorated in Art Deco style.It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music. Breakfast was also very good. The guests were mostly older people.

The room is large and clean. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the lake. There is free parking and it is very convenient to drive.
The front desk of the hotel is friendly and enthusiastic, and the appearance is also very high~

I stayed in this hotel for five nights in Lugano. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to the lake. Next to the hotel is bus No. 2, which can go to Lugano Railway Station. The breakfast is Western-style and the fruit and bread are good. The hotel is also quiet. If you go to Lugano, you can choose this hotel.

The location is good, only a five-minute walk to the lake.
The hotel room is very, very small. The 13 square meters mentioned online is really not an exaggeration. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs and everything it should have.
The hotel doesn't have a gym, but it does have a small swimming pool.

There was a smell in the room, and I had to open the window to ventilate it all day long.

Among the best hotels in Lugano. Huge parking just below the hotel, very clean and well soundproofed rooms, the only drawback are the bathrooms a little too small.
Excellent restaurant and breakfast.
I say it again: one of the best in Lugano.

Vey friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms have great ambiance, though too much space. Atmosphere given by the coloring and dim lighting of hallways give an unwelcomed creepy feeling to hotel residents. Food is exquisite. Overall nice hotel, but could still be improved.

Friendly staff. Great walking location down to the water and town. Views were decent from our room. Clean room, cleaned daily. I’d say their pricing is fair for what they provide.
I would just recommend you check your booking and remember if you included breakfast or not. Unfortunately they checked off breakfast included on our check in papers, and since I didn’t recall off the top of my head, I assumed they had the right booking. Well turns out we didn’t include breakfast on our booking and had a large bill at the end of our stay (we simply would not have eaten it if they would have cross checked our booking). They admitted to their mistake of checking it off, however, no partial refund, offered us to take two special jams instead. I take partial fault as well for not checking. Breakfast was ok, wide variety of options.

So badly. I told them to cancel the room, I already said I didn't book it, it's within an hour or maybe within 30 minutes, after I contacting banking" the reception told me can not be cancelled, and they self decided the room hold for me, I didn't ask for it, then told me I should call the insurance, instead call them to cancel or shutdown to this kind of order. Attention attention.

Good hotel. Clean rooms, pets allowed. Beautiful terrace. Good breakfast with big buffet. Restaurant in hotel also cook well. What i did not like: ▪︎bed was from 2 small beds, not 1 full big bed.. ▪︎in room was no kettle or coffee mashine, so every time need to go to restaurant. ▪︎ no bath tub in room.
