Phenomenal stay. Booked last minute having never been to Lugano or really knowing anything about the city. Lucked out by staying at this amazing hotel. Room was perfect. Staff were absolutely lovely and kind and helpful. Patio drinks were so good. Self service bar is a great idea. Location cannot be beat if you are traveling by train since it is only a short walk from and to the station. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gorgeous views from this lake front property! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast included. Balcony was perfect to take in the views. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is right by the lake, ten minutes walk from the train station. Directly opposite Famous Street LV. Quiet and comfortable. The customer service is polite and enthusiastic. Check in was quick. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is rich in variety. You can take a walk along the lakeside as soon as you go out. recommend.

A hotel with a great view, right by the lake. The terrace on the second floor faces the lake directly. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. The cappuccino and the beautiful view provide you with a relaxing time. The breakfast at the hotel is also great.

We recently spent a single night at the Hotel International au Lac and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great- right in the heart of Lugano and next to the lake. Check-in was easy, they were very friendly at the front desk. We had a room with a small balcony and a lake view, which was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. They also offered a very nice buffet for breakfast- eggs, meat, cereal, cheese, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
