Hotels with pool in Zermatt

The price for this three star hotel is good value for money, in expensive Zermatt!!! For us Brits that's important right now. Breakfast was basic but perfectly ok. An addition of eggs would be good

The hotel is clean and tidy, the restaurant is rustic and cosy and the rooms warm and charming. Yes it could be upgraded a bit but why do it when it is perfectly serviceable

I would like to see a bit more variety on healthy options like freshly cut fruits, more healthy bread options and generally more vegetarian / vegan options. not everybody eats cold deli meat

For all of you who have criticised this hotel, I need to put the record straight. I stayed for 7 nights over Christmas

It's not a 4 or a 5 * Hotel - but you know that when you book. My room was more than enough - I spent the days in the mountains - not in the my hotel room. I even had dinner there, which was nice too

This hotel has a fantastic location across the road from the main station and right beside the Gornergrat railway and buses. It is an ancient Swiss Chalet Hotel with the characteristics of said era

The hotel's decor is also very unique and photogenic, but to be honest, the rooms are rather small, the interior design is somewhat impractical, and there are too many glass items that are easy to break

The location is excellent, very close to the station, practically in the center of town. The staff were very attentive, and you could feel everyone striving to make guests as satisfied as possible

Stayed here on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Having Matterhorn views from the room's balcony was marvelous

Though we called the hotel for a taxi from the train station upon arrival, we realized we were quite close and an easy walk with luggage when leaving. Plan time in the afternoon to enjoy the spa area

Therefore, you have to be very careful when moving around the room, making it difficult to relax

We had a wonderful stay at the Mont Rosa Hotel in Zermatt. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish

Beautiful rooms and stay! The staff were phenomenal especially the receptionists. Very attentive to detail and polite! We had a wonderful stay here for Christmas and definitely would come back again!

An excellent hotel! They called us in advance to offer a complimentary pickup from the train station and they arranged a drop off too! The staff are super friendly and helpful

We booked two rooms for a one night stay to be on the Glacier Express in the morning. The breakfast is remarkable! Will definitely come back to stay there again!

Everything is so cozy, comfortable, friendly and home-like that I felt like I was visiting my rich uncle :) Very nice addition, whem I've entered my room, there was a bottle of wine waiting for me, as well as some chocolate, local sweets and even gummy bears

Stayed at Hotel Albana Real with a group. We all enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were large and quiet. Spa was enjoyed by all. Restaurant did a good job with breakfast and catered to our preferences.

First stay in this hotel, good location with a short walk to the town and to the lifts. It has many facilities on site, boot / ski room, gym and pool. Rooms are a good size and more traditional alps style

Swiss hospitality, scenic view and comfortable rooms. It is a wooden chalet beautifully decorated and warm for spending your days at Zermatt. Breakfast is good, could have had a little bit more variety

The food was really good, though a bit spicy for my boyfriend 😂 The best part was the spa, the pool and the jacuzzi were amazing I already want to come back!

Location is very good as it is not far away from the train station. It has also the electric cars that they can come and pick you up, useful if you are having many luggages and your skiing equipment

Bar area was so much fun and many locals came in at night to meet and visit. Great place to hang out and play pool or checkers with the grandkids. A great place to celebrate our son's 50th birthday

Great hotel, pickup in the pink van at train station. Beautiful s3 bedroom suite with 2. 5 baths working fireplace with wood provided daily. Breakfast was included and delivered to us at the time requested

Truly enjoyed our stay at the perfectly located hotel! It was a short walk to the town or to the tram. Room was perfect size with a kitchen and full sized table for delivered breakfast every morning

Just had an amazing amazing stay at Schloss Zermatt! The hotel staff WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide us top-notch services! We were able to celebrate my friend’s birthday with surprises prepared by the staff which included flowers, chocolates, and cake! Special shout-out to the super friendly staff from Czech Republic, Croatia and Switzerland!! ☺️🫶🏻🫰🏻

Steps away from the train station with incredible spa and amenities. The breakfast and tea time with desserts daily was a cherry on top. Room service comes from a cute Italian place down the way and is great

I don't know how this place is not a 5 star hotel. Spacious, cosy and crystal clean rooms, tasty breakfast with a rich choice, a WIW tea station, and friendly and knowledgeable ladies at the reception

The balcony was nice (even if it was right across from the Gornergrat station). Having a drink at night in the lobby by the fireplace was nice. The afternoon tea was excellent as was the breakfast

When we entered our room we had mistaken it for a apartment due to the sheer size of it, it looked way smaller in the photos than it did in person. Thank you for treating my family on a vacation

We stayed here on our trip to Zermatt. Richard, the owner is amazing, he is so approachable and helpful. He picked us up and sent us to the train station on our way back. The room and the facilities were great too

Richard our host/owner was so informative and fun from the time he picked us up at the train station to the time he dropped us off at the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the balcony and the large patio

These photos were taken FROM OUR ROOM. A really lovely apartment, everything completely clean and working. Richard was always ready to help up with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this lovely place

Richard was very flexible, picked us up from the station, explained everything in the room and surroundings. I would recommend this place for anyone as it is the best I ever stayed
