Good stay. Very close to the Matterhorn lift.

I've already reviewed it, it was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Everything is good except the location is pretty far from the Zermatt station. Our room has the view for Matterhorn and we really enjoyed it!

This was the second time we visited Zermatt. Although the family room is not spacious as we reserved the last room just one day prior to our stay. We truly had a good stay because their friendly staffs, good breakfast, clean room and the pick-up service they provided. Also, they are near by the gondola station of Matterhorn bergbahnen.

WOW! We had an amazing stay in hotel holiday zermatt! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and there was a key waiting for us. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are great. After checkout, they allow you to leave your suitcases as long as you like while you go tour the beautiful sights. Close to the train stations. Beautiful sunrise view of the matterhorn outside.

We stayed here last March, service was great , breakfast is the best . Rooms were clean and just had a mountain views. Would definitely come back here one day. Furthermore, we are grateful for the global shipment of the jacket. Having forgotten ours, we contacted them via email, and they generously sent it to us without additional payment, exemplifying superb service.

We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. The bus stop is right outside and leads you to the rest of the town.

I had an amazing stay here with my family. The location is perfect in that it is close to the train station and town but away enough that it is quiet and not super congested. Our room was amazing with a great view from the balcony. I recommend booking a room with a view of the Matterhorn because in the morning on a clear day you can see the sun shine on the top. We booked it last min and we were so luckily as it was the last room of that day due to peak season. The hotel itself is average and definitely suit for anyone who have low budget yet want to explore Zermatt. I would highly recommended anyone to book here. This hotel has a fantastic view. My sister loves reading novels here. She spends her days playing cards and chatting in the courtyard, and you can even see the Matterhorn. The scenery is superb, and it's very peaceful and relaxing.

It's OK, but it takes some time to get to the ski resort. There is an exit that is relatively close, but there is no supermarket nearby, so you still need to go to the train station to buy things.

Just a 10-second walk from Nihonjin-bashi, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The location is absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and offered a nice view as well. While it wasn't a Matterhorn-view room, we still enjoyed a lovely view of the Zermatt townscape. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely want to stay here.

Single room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable, and a great shower! A tiny balcony with a spectacular view! Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was the only meal I had, and it was very good!

Hands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water.

While most European hotels are like little pigeon coops, this one had a large bathroom, a spacious living room, and even enough space for an L-shaped leather sofa. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

The service was excellent, and they lent me an adapter. The balcony was large enough for drying clothes. In the morning, they also had freshly squeezed juice, and the breakfast was extensive. You could finish one cup of coffee and order more. The hotel also had umbrellas available for loan.

We stayed at Antare for a few days after finishing Walker’s Haute Route hike and we had great time there. The hotel is in a quieter area but with walking distance to Zermatt town center. It offers spectacular view of Matterhorn from our room balcony so we got the chance to appreciate Matterhorn at down and sunset. We love eating meals or drinking teas while admiring Matterhorn. Nothing can beat that...

Although not located centrally in the middle of Zermatt, it’s only a 8-10 minute walk from the train station. It’s got lots of charm (the decor is very traditional, a little bit “tired” looking but cute) and it is very clean in the most important ways (bathroom, linens, general spaces. Unfortunately, I didn’t like how dirty the carpeting is, so if you’re like me and get grossed out by that, bring slippers...

It’s a ski town, so expect it to be slightly dirty. Walls are very thin and could hear fellow travelers coughing throughout the night. Overall, it was a good stay. It did the job of giving me shelter for the night. 😊

It is a hotel you will remember for a long time. The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is like watching a movie "Matterhorn" from the VIP seats. It is located very close to the Matterhorn Express station. You can walk to the center of Zermatt or take a free E-bus in a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

the location was good. u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel.

The room is nice, the breakfast is hearty, the wellness including spa and sauna is the best. We can see Matterhorn from our room every day, and there are black face sheep at the mountain on our right. It was a great stay indeed.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Capricorn. We chose a Matterhorn view room which was cabin style with a balcony - the room is on the small side but there is a little cupboard and luggage rack to keep things tidy. The breakfast was really delicious - small selection of quality cold cuts, cheese, bread, muesli and hot dishes (sausage franks, eggs, etc.). We could even enjoy a view of the Matterhorn...

There’s a McDonald’s right below the hotel and a Coop supermarket opposite the station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. We had an excellent stay here this week. Great location near the gondola and fantastic Matterhorn views from our room and from the breakfast room. Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Pierre and Mark were so friendly.

Nice and small hotel situated close to Matterhorn express. Refurnished in 2014 and felt new with an old style. Friendly staff who offered services which you would normally pay for such as room service and adapters. Also friendly offering water and fruit when checking out. Some minus for no vegetables at the breakfast and a noisy fan. Will stay here if returning to Zermatt.

It's just a 7-minute walk from Zermatt train station. Breakfast starts at 7 AM. The hotel is clean and quiet, and it has an on-site restaurant. There's also a large supermarket conveniently located right next door.

We stayed as a couple and found the hotel to be small but incredibly cozy. It's conveniently located just a 5-6 minute walk from the station and right on the river.

It’s a few minutes on foot into zermatt downtown and the train but for a little distance, you get a great hotel/hostel. Totally worth a stay.

Amazing place! It really enhanced my experience in Zermatt. Wonderful rooms, beds. It is very modern and the sauna is a great addition. Staff is very helpful and the place is relaxing. Zermatt viewpoint is not far from there where you can have a great picture of the Matterhorn and the village. Prices are very good too.

It was a very good experience. My room was nice and I rested well every night. I was one of the only people in the hotel when I was there; it must have been the off season. The owner was extraordinarily gracious and timely. He was always there at the time I expected; I appreciate his dedication.
