Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage

From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing

The hotel's location, facilities, and service are the best in the area. The ski-in and ski-out are perfect. The outdoor hot spring and sauna are quite large and must be used every day. The gym is too small and cramped

Every aspect of the hotel's design is top-notch

Although Riffelalp 2222 Resort has advantages such as some rooms with Matterhorn views and comfortable outdoor pools, many defects such as inconvenient transportation, small rooms, poor service, catering problems and unreasonable charges have seriously affected the accommodation experience and are difficult to match its high-end positioning

The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Set in the heart of Zermatt and surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery, it felt like stepping into a postcard, especially at Christmas

Absolutely perfect in every aspect. Staff were amazing, location is the best, the spa is gorgeous. A real treat to stay in such a meticulously maintained historic hotel. 5 stars +

Won’t stay anywhere else in Zermatt!!

I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay

The resort has a brand new feel overall. It's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes getting to the Matterhorn really convenient. Plus, it's closer to the viewpoint than other hotels

There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking

However, I wouldn't stay here again, and here's why: 1) There's no hot water during peak shower times in the evening, so I had to wait until morning to shower, and I felt sticky and uncomfortable all night

2) The Matterhorn view was obstructed by two trees, and I don't think rooms with obstructed views should be sold at the same price as those with an unobstructed view

However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices

We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time

Good location and close to train station.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre

We had a really wonderful stay at Cervo! The location was so easy to ski in and out of. The restaurants were fabulous for dinner and for breakfast

On the last night we are exhausted after a long day of skiing, and the room service arranged meals room Madre Nostra and Bazaar to satisfy everyone's tastes and brought it to our suite so we could have a lovely cozy dinner in our room

My only point of improvement would be that the suite could use some more closet/shelves for all our things. Thank you Cervo for the beautiful stay! We'll certainly be back!

Our suite was gorgeous with it's own living room, dining room, kitchenette, and spacious bedroom. I adored waking up every morning to the perfect view of the Matterhorn

The resort is spread across several separate buildings that aren’t connected indoors, so getting to breakfast, the spa, or the ski room means stepping outside and walking in the cold for a few minutes

It’s not the most practical setup, especially in ski boots, but you get used to it. The spa area is mostly outdoors, with two saunas, one Finnish outside, one steam room inside, plus a small pool

The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and just steps away from the funicular to Sunnegga. Breakfast is delicious, with everything from fresh fruits and yoghurts to eggs and more

Great location. gorgeous views. We loved the heated indoor kids pool and the kids indoor play area. everyone working was very sweet. Great stay.

They prepared the most beautiful wooden cot in our room and even provided a tiny baby bathrobe — such thoughtful and refined details. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but here it felt effortless and comfortable

Our room had breathtaking views over the Matterhorn — waking up to that iconic mountain right in front of us was unforgettable. The natural light, the alpine atmosphere, and the scenery created such a magical setting

I would especially like to mention Kiri at the front desk, who is always incredibly kind and attentive. She takes care of every request with such warmth and professionalism that it really makes you feel at home

Their terrace with panoramic views is also stunning — the perfect place to slow down, take it all in, and simply enjoy Zermatt. Everything about our stay felt harmonious: comfort, design, service, and location

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit

Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable

The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport. Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay

This hotel is top notch in all aspects. Staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. Spa is off the charts wonderful. Location is close to the train station and a short walk to the heart of town

The hotel is very close to Zermatt Station and View Point. It is very convenient to walk there with a suitcase in about 5 minutes. The hotel also provides a free short-term bus (Zermatt's unique battery car)

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options

Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt

The rooms were not luxe or special but the location was perfect along with the service.

Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic. The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples. The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy

The hotel room has a direct view of the Matterhorn. After arriving in Zermatt, you can contact the hotel to pick you up at the train station. Otherwise, it is difficult to find the hotel entrance

Without asking they even packed us lunches for the train since we would be missing breakfast. They literally think of everything! We absolutely love them!

There are many good things about this hotel. If you plan to ski in Sunnegga then the location is excellent just 1min walk from the telecabin

We arrived on July 13th and they picked us up with all our luggage at the station, after which they gave us a free upgrade to the room with a view of the Matterhorn!!!!! Something breathtaking!!!! The duplex suites are beautiful for a family of 4 ( can vouch since we stayed in one ) indoor pool nd jacuzzi is very good a must do ! Simple nd wholesome breakfast too ! Interiors of the Hotel are super ( classic style ) loved our stay !

There is air conditioning! haha summer is very important, finally do not wash open the window have bugs into the room The room is very large, although living on 1/F, the terrace can see the top of Matterhorn 😛 The hotel has a free shuttle bus transfer station, remember to email the hotel, otherwise uphill and downhill even 8 minutes of road is...

They also proactively reminded me about the temperature difference and how to operate some room facilities (such as the air conditioner). The air conditioner is operated via the TV, which is indeed a bit inconvenient

The front desk staff were very welcoming! I asked many questions, such as where to see the black-faced sheep, how to get to some attractions, and shuttle bus schedules, and the staff answered them all patiently

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future

Prime location with less than 5mins walk from Zermatt train station. Though it is a boutique hotel but the room designs and facilities are luxury. The room is spacious and clean

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

The location is superb, with private access to the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondolas (via private access elevator, steps from the private ski room). The rooms are terrific, comfortable and luxurious

It was our first visit to Zermatt and the hotel's location was extremely convenient to the Tram and Gondola systems feeding to all ski pistes (both the Switzerland and Italian sides)

The restaurant and bar have may snug areas that allow a sense of real comfort and relaxation. One really must see and experience for yourself, as nothing I can say will truly represent what awaits you

Junior suites are spacious with great Matterhorn views. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was terrific and plentiful and they offer baggies and bread for take away sandwhiches

Where we failed, they succeeded and were able to book us lunch reservations for every day of our ski trip. Our room was nicely decorated and felt like a quintessential Swiss Chalet

The fire was so cozy after a long chilly day! All of the staff there were great and very helpful with anything we needed, from pickup/drop off from the train station, to any questions about recommendations! The only thing that came to mind that we felt awkward about was when we checked in we only had 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in our room and when we had asked for one more of each, they made a comment...

Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.
