Pricey, just like everywhere in Zermatt; however, their parmesan truffle fries are absolutely delicious, and the service is great! Sit outside on the terrace if it's nice. Don't be afraid to ask for blankets, they have plenty. I hear their Sunday brunch is fantastic, although I can't vouch for that.

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Actually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it. I bought a bottle of red wine at the supermarket DENNE near the station, and ordered a steak on the 0th floor of the hotel. It was very comfortable for two people to share. Thank you hotel staff! Zermatt is an amazing location so only the hotels and restaurants differentiate it. I'm so in love with this hotel, and my room view is just right infront of the matterhorn view, comfy and superb!!!

Our stay at the Europe Hotel was perfect! My daughter and I were here to ski for the first time and we loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, cozy and modern with a great view from the balcony. The spa every night was the perfect end to a day of skiing and each and every staff member was warm, friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, food and amenities. We were beautifully taken care of. High standards of room, great wellness area. Food was out of this world. The chef catered for my dietary requirements to such a high level it amazed me. I was told 'this is what we do here' if only other hospitality providers could view clients in the same way. I stayed at the Design Matterhorn room for four nights with half board package. It was the best experience during my trip to Switzerland. The room was spacious with spectacular view. It had separate shower and bathtub, quite unusual in Switzerland hotels. The hotel offered rich buffet breakfast and different dinner dishes everyday. This was our final stay in Switzerland, absolutely lovely! The view from our room was an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The food was very good as well as the service, Linda was great! The front desk staff were very accommodating when we arrived a little early, this was greatly appreciated. The location of Europe Hotel was really nice for the hiking we were doing. Very good hotel, location and welcome food

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 5-minute walk away, making it easy for travelers with lots of luggage. The terrace offers stunning views of the snow-covered landscape.

overall was good the view was good but the breakfast here having lesser option

Everything felt luxurious and comfortable to the touch, and I was very satisfied. Sleeping while watching the stars from the loft roof was a special experience. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which was made with authentic ingredients. I would like to return. I was also pleased that the dining room staff greeted me so warmly.

Located in the heart of Zermatt, while the Matterhorn is not visible, the train station is very close, just a 300-meter walk with luggage. Free lunch is available on the second floor. The breakfast restaurant, while small, is excellent. A special thank you to the cleaning staff for returning our phone to the room.

Be warned they charge for lost keys and only serve breakfast so if your late arrival you have to go walk about for food not ideal with young families

The hotel is okay but the service was not very good. Free shuttle service was not provided and the kettle was not available inside the room.
