Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. The hotel is right next to the cable car station for the Matterhorn, which is why I booked this room. You can see sheep on the hillside opposite the window, but they aren't black-faced sheep. The sheep come down to the road around 4:30 pm and walk towards the pedestrian street, which is a good spot for taking photos. Our room faced the Matterhorn directly! Absolutely stunning! In the morning, you don't even need to go to a viewpoint to see the 'golden' sunrise on the mountain, and the evening view is just as incredible! This hotel is completely worth it just for the views alone! The service, needless to say, was exceptional and very attentive! Someone was there to pick us up right at the train station when we arrived...

This hotel is excellent; I would rate it as a 5-star accommodation in this city. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and all amenities are provided, including unlimited free drinks at the in-room bar. My room had a view of the mountain peaks from my balcony. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the staff constantly asked if I wanted any drinks. There's also a free shuttle service to Zermatt...

The hotel is located on the opposite side of the lake. The staff is wonderful. Please remember to book a cab for the hotel via some app trip.com was not clear in this part... please work on this @trip.com. because this town is no vehicle.

Enjoyed our stay at Aristella. Our balcony overlooks Matterhorn. Breakfast is simple but delicious and filling. Staff is very friendly. Their room is comfortable and clean and bathroom is beautiful and big. We would stay in Aristella again if we go to Zermatt again.

A wonderful stay! Very warm, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Our room had a good view of Matterhorn. Very good breakfast. The restaurant next door, Spycher, is excellent. Easy walking to the train stations.

You can see the Matterhorn from your room!! It was clean and we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

This hotel is our lucky hotel! We ended the bitter wind and rain in Switzerland here and finally saw the Matterhorn! This hotel itself is also great. The interior layout and design are very cleverly using the elements of the Matterhorn. Moreover, we only made a temporary reservation at 6 or 7 last night. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room type. The room is so big and has a large balcony....

My stay at hotel Arca Solebad & Spa made my trip to Zermatt worthwhile! I was close to supermarkets and close enough to the railway station. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool, saunas, and steam rooms really made this a must stay. Everything was clean and tidy as well as quiet at night! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. The bus stop is right outside and leads you to the rest of the town.

The room was large and comfortable with diverse facilities. It had a great location, close to the station, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The service was excellent, and they provided various types of information in advance. The only downside was that I couldn't see Matterhorn from my room.

This was a really nice place! The best thing I can say is I absolutely would stay here again if I come back to Zermatt.

Excellent customer service, fantastic stay! Wonderful customer service, so clean and comfortable. Stayed here after 10 days on the Haute Route and it was a magical ending to my incredible time in Switzerland. Very appreciative of the last minute soak in the jacuzzi in the evening too! Would highly recommend!
