Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Amazing resort! At check in we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine which always sets a nice tone. The room was large and comfortable and included a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Zermama. With its boutique vibes you really feel like a valued guest. We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. Great location, just a few minutes from the train station which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, I really appreciated that they even served rice, and the cheese selection was amazing. Facilities were complete, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with a fantastic breakfast!

The room was large and comfortable with diverse facilities. It had a great location, close to the station, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The service was excellent, and they provided various types of information in advance. The only downside was that I couldn't see Matterhorn from my room.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would say the hotel is in excellent condition. The main issue we had was with loud neighbors. Children in the stairwells and people above us jumping around until midnight prevented us from sleep. The staff was not willing to help when we told them of the issue. This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

This hotel is top notch in all aspects. Staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. Spa is off the charts wonderful. Location is close to the train station and a short walk to the heart of town. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

It's not far from Zermatt train station and the shopping street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast experience was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a fantastic dining environment.

I don't know how this place is not a 5 star hotel... It is perfect!. Spacious, cosy and crystal clean rooms, tasty breakfast with a rich choice, a WIW tea station, and friendly and knowledgeable ladies at the reception. Steps away from the train station with incredible spa and amenities. The breakfast and tea time with desserts daily was a cherry on top. Room service comes from a cute Italian place down the way and is great. Staff was very kind and accommodating!

Surprised this does not have 5 stars already. Location is central from all attractions and nice views, easy access from Lucerne via the train station. I enjoyed the various amenities all in great luxury, pool had a heater control for bubbles and sauna style while being spacious. When we entered our room we had mistaken it for a apartment due to the sheer size of it, it looked way smaller in the photos...

Just had an amazing amazing stay at Schloss Zermatt! The hotel staff WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide us top-notch services! We were able to celebrate my friend’s birthday with surprises prepared by the staff which included flowers, chocolates, and cake! Excellent location that was close to the train station and convenient to town. The room was nice with a view of the Matterhorn and spacious bathroom. The balcony was nice (even if it was right across from the Gornergrat station). Having a drink at night in the lobby by the fireplace was nice. The afternoon tea was excellent as was the breakfast. My wife thought the spa experience was wonderful

The hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and equipment. It has a swimming pool, wet and dry steam, and the service is very good. It is located in the center of the town. It is very convenient for shopping and dining. It is also convenient for traveling near the train station. You can also see the "Rizhao Jinshan" from the balcony of the room.

This was one of my several stays at Hotel Sonne. The hotel is at a great & quiet location, but super convenient to the town center. Service, hotel rooms & restaurant is excellent. Hotel Sonne is an amazing locally ran hotel that makes you feel at home. The service and touch is as exceptional as their spa area. Breakfast is expansive and delicious and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The location is just off the main area and quiet with a nice stream by the hotel. A wonderful hotel with a large, well-appointed room with a luxurious bath, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The included daily breakfast was hearty, varied and of high quality, Our only suggestion is to open the spectacular outdoor hot tub earlier than 4PM so as to allow guests to soak immediately after the slopes instead of having a long wait.

Zermatt is an amazing location so only the hotels and restaurants differentiate it. Hotel Sonne is spotlessly clean (very important to me), welcoming, with plenty of individual space, a lovely spa area, a great masseuse but the food is its usp - breakfasts to suit the fussiest family and the Tapas Restaurant is amazing. This separates it apart from other hotels.

An unforgettable experience as the hotel welcomed us warmly with some champagne, and even gave us a room with a magnificent view of the matterhorn. Will definitely recommend!

Great hotel and very pretty. Staff are very nice and helpful. Not so far from the city and there is free shuttle bus to pick you up from station.

The hotel is right next to the cable car station for the Matterhorn, which is why I booked this room. You can see sheep on the hillside opposite the window, but they aren't black-faced sheep. The sheep come down to the road around 4:30 pm and walk towards the pedestrian street, which is a good spot for taking photos. However, the only downside is that the cable car's large steel ring blocks the view...

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 5-minute walk away, making it easy for travelers with lots of luggage. The terrace offers stunning views of the snow-covered landscape.

Everything felt luxurious and comfortable to the touch, and I was very satisfied. Sleeping while watching the stars from the loft roof was a special experience. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which was made with authentic ingredients. I would like to return. I was also pleased that the dining room staff greeted me so warmly.

Located in the heart of Zermatt, while the Matterhorn is not visible, the train station is very close, just a 300-meter walk with luggage. Free lunch is available on the second floor. The breakfast restaurant, while small, is excellent. A special thank you to the cleaning staff for returning our phone to the room.
