Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Such an amazing experience staying at Schönegg. The hospitality and service we received from start to finish completely made this trip for us. The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Our stay at the Europe Hotel was perfect! My daughter and I were here to ski for the first time and we loved everything about this hotel. We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay.
