Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Just a short walk from Zermatt train station. Great view of the mountains. Nice indoor pool, spa, foot bath including steam and sauna (nude) facilities. Drop off to train station with its own “taxi” service. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the lovely room. The receptionist was kind and allowed me to check in early. It was close to the station, and the room had a bathtub and a terrace, making it a very comfortable space. I would definitely like to use it again.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Such an amazing experience staying at Schönegg. The hospitality and service we received from start to finish completely made this trip for us. The hotel is right next to the cable car station for the Matterhorn, which is why I booked this room. You can see sheep on the hillside opposite the window, but they aren't black-faced sheep. The sheep come down to the road around 4:30 pm and walk towards the pedestrian street, which is a good spot for taking photos. The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Our stay at the Europe Hotel was perfect! My daughter and I were here to ski for the first time and we loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Zermama. With its boutique vibes you really feel like a valued guest. Fondue on the balcony is great, views of the Matterhorn are incredible, the faux fur robes are 10/10 warm. It’s literally across from the mountain cable car for skiing.
