I absolutely love this hotel. It's small and exquisite, and I felt right at home from the moment I walked in until they dropped us off at the train station. The hotel design is also unique, and the restaurant's service and food are first-rate. The location is just steps from the cable car. The attention to detail is incredible. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zermatt.

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

This was the second time we visited Zermatt. Although the family room is not spacious as we reserved the last room just one day prior to our stay. WOW! We had an amazing stay in hotel holiday zermatt! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and there was a key waiting for us. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are great. Actually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it. I bought a bottle of red wine at the supermarket DENNE near the station, and ordered a steak on the 0th floor of the hotel. It was very comfortable for two people to share. Thank you hotel staff!
