Firefly Luxury Suites

I had a very pleasant stay at the Firefly Hotel in Zermatt! I highly recommend this place and would like to say thank you to the team who was very kind. From the lift at the station to the end of the stay, everything was perfect. The room is clean, big and comfy. The swimming pool, the spa and the jacuzzi are great too! The breakfast served in the room is delicious and the hotel is right next to the ski lifts.

Modernity meets family flair. The stylishly furnished Hotel Firefly offers not only relaxation and luxury, but is characterized above all by its feel-good atmosphere - you feel like at home. Apart from the spa which offers relaxation our, the couple with their great gin selection and fancy cocktails are extra plus. It should not go unmentioned the cleanliness by which the hotel is distinguished - every corner of the Firefly's is jam free and clean! Great job. You feel so comfortable that it's hard to say goodbye. The need for repetition already announces itself before departure. Hope to see you soon!

The best hotel to stay in Zermatt! Amazing service, beautiful spa and a perfect location. The only place we come back in Zermatt.

Firefly is on of the best hotels we’ve been stayed the past 10 years we’ve been visiting european ski resorts! A group of 12 we had for 5 days 2 panorama suites … Panorama its not just a name for the suites but its actually a reality cause the view from every window and balcony is breathtaking…front side to the river and Matterhorn back side to all the Zermatt Valley! Clean comfortable and extremely high decorated on every space of the apartment and equipped with many high tech small things you really enjoy! …

Spa just perfect…nice relaxing colors big pool, outdoor jacuzzi sauna hamam aromatotherapy ice treatment and lot of space for relax!
Location is perfect 3-4 minutes fron town center…3-4 minutes from main ski gondola…
Last but not least the people at the front desk and room service and bar… Just thank you for making our ski holidays so comfortable and enjoyable…Really in this hotel you dont need to worry about anything … for everything, there is an immediate solution from the staff!!
If ever come back to Zermatt definitely we will stayed here!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff will go out of their way to make you happy. It’s not usually the case in Switzerland. They have a small but lively bar with the nicest bartenders. And the apartment with the Matterhorn view is just gorgeous.

A chic and fancy hotel, priced at the higher end of the spectrum. I only stayed a couple of nights during the ski season, not long after it opened, and have occasionally visited the bar subsequently.

It is ruinously expensive, however, it sets an example to others in Swiss hospitality, who tend to terribly under-invest in their products. This shows what the reward for investment can be, if you do it with some flair and enthusiasm.

Amazing! Amazing chalets within hotel - we had a 4 bedroom chalet - with lots of space, really lots of space and an amazing view of The Matterhorn! Amazing service!
