Being upgraded by the hotel, it is an excellent experience. The location is good which is next to the train station. The breakfast is also delicious as well. I will choose this hotel again if I visit Zermatt again.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. Actually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it. Such an amazing experience staying at Schönegg. The hospitality and service we received from start to finish completely made this trip for us. Everything felt luxurious and comfortable to the touch, and I was very satisfied. Sleeping while watching the stars from the loft roof was a special experience. Located in the heart of Zermatt, while the Matterhorn is not visible, the train station is very close, just a 300-meter walk with luggage. Free lunch is available on the second floor. Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Zermama. With its boutique vibes you really feel like a valued guest.
