Absolute outrage.

I had booked a stay of 16 days, but unfortunately, I had to leave the villa for security reasons because I was being observed and filmed by other people living across the street. I then alerted the police, who inspected the villa. The police themselves say the villa is completely unsafe (doors and windows can be easily opened from the outside). After leaving, I asked for a manager. He showed up the next day and told me he couldn't refund me, only offer me another villa. After a long discussion, he said they could only refund five days. I refused and asked to speak to his boss, but he never showed up.

It's been two months now, and I still haven't received a response from the manager, let alone a refund. I've tried several times to contact them by email, but that didn't work either. Now I'm forced to take legal action.

Unfortunately, I can only advise against these villas!!!

This property fell a long way short of what is promised on the web listing. Dirty, plumbing diabolical, shuttle to the beach did not exist, housekeeping only twice a week poor standard of cleaning by staff who were indifferent, pool only cleaned twice in four weeks. Location was poor up very steep hills. Manager helpful when there which was very infrequent. When we arrived there was no fridge, quickly provided, hot water heater broken had to be replaced. Big problem with mosquitoes, flying ants and grass hoppers. Bed linen and towels stained and dirty even after being replaced. Bare minimum of crockery for two people, some missing. Only redeeming feature was that the internet was good but it is in most places in Thailand. We would not recommend this property under any circumstances and regret our choice.

A terrible and disturbing experience in a place that was only seemingly clean. I found mouse droppings in my glasses, plates, and dishes. I reported the situation to the staff, who barely responded and were completely disinterested. I literally ran away from this place because I began to feel very ill. I had to return to my hometown for treatment. The symptoms are still there... Please bear with me.

A nightmare: I contracted salmonella here and had to return to Italy within a week, even though I had booked a two-month trip. Be very careful of the extremely poor hygiene in this place, disguised as luxury and elegance. Two hours after checking in, when the house should have been impeccably cleaned, we started cooking. Halfway through the meal, we noticed the kitchen counter was covered in mouse droppings. We immediately threw the food away and alerted the staff of what had happened: they simply apologized via WhatsApp, no one came to apologize in person, and they didn't send anyone to clean. So, on the first day of our vacation, we spent cleaning the house from top to bottom, even using disinfectant. The next day, we began to experience worrying symptoms. Within a week, we boarded a plane back home. I alerted the manager of the situation and politely requested a refund, providing the medical documentation to support it. I emphasize that I would have liked to video chat with a superior or their legal department, but they ignore my every request, rarely responding to me on WhatsApp. After several days, they dismiss me with a screenshot of a manager's email, which wasn't even signed, and which could have been written by anyone. The text stated that they wouldn't reimburse us because the medical documentation was written in Italian (which is obvious, since I live in Italy, and my doctor writes in Italian). With infinite patience, I again ask to speak to the appropriate person so I can provide documentation in the correct language and according to the appropriate procedures for receiving a refund. I then offer to provide additional documentation containing our sensitive data, such as the results of the tests performed. From then on, I never get any further answers. I am deeply shocked by the staff's lack of humanity, first of all, and then of professionalism. Last but not least, the fact that we spent our vacation in our own country, in terrible health conditions. Really be careful with this place.
