Absolute Sanctuary Koh Samui is an amazing getaway for anyone looking to reset and take care of themselves. The therapists and instructors are highly skilled, attentive, and intuitive, and the entire environment supports full mind-body relaxation. My favorite treatments were the Deep Calm Massage and Core Release Massage—both were deeply effective and restorative. We went to AS for 6 nights and chose the detox program that included juices and 2 meals. My husband was very keen on it (the detox) so I went along not knowing all the details. What I found out when we got there was that caffeine was not part of the program, which was an issue for me. So I decided to buy some coffee from the restaurant that was serving everyone, but was told I was not allowed to have any. I was not happy with that at all but understood and just bought my own coffee from town and had it in my room. I don't think caffeine negates any detox but I understand. The facility is very well appointed and I had some of the best massages ever! The pilates and the yoga classes were fabulous but the staff is what really makes this place. They are very well trained and always on it. I would highly recommend this place but would caution people to look into the detox program well before signing up for it. The detox food that is given on the plan is not that great either. I do think that food doesn't have to be rich or calorie laden to be tasty. I would go back to this place but would choose another program or customize my own. Overall a great experience minus the food.

Truly delightful place - a beautiful sanctuary. I loved my 30 day detox and lifestyle reset. The property and pool and facilities are perfect and at such a good price point for the quality. The staff and so ladies are super lovely and helpful. I felt taken care of. There was so much exercise variety and one of the best Reformer teachers I’ve come across. The yoga teachers were amazing too. Loved every moment of it and a schedule / timetable so well thought out. I left 7lb lighter, looking and feeing refreshed and stronger - so many compliments about my ‘glow’! Highly recommend! 🙏🏻🩷😊

I stayed for one week and joined the pilates bootcamp. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back! The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. Kevin, the pilates instructor, really knows his field and helped me to navigate and understand my back pain a lot better. His classes improved my strength and were a lot of fun. Also I would like to thank Mod, my favourite massage therapist. I can return home now feeling 100% relaxed!

They are both world-class instructors who went above and beyond to share their expertise. They spent so much time teaching me the deeper nuances of Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates, helping me refine my practice in ways I hadn't imagined. Their patience and knowledge made every session impactful and inspiring. The atmosphere of the sanctuary, combined with the dedicated care of the team, creates a perfect environment for healing and growth. I left feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and deeply grateful for the lessons learned. I already cannot wait to go back! If you are looking for a place to truly transform your mind and body, this is it.

I arrived from Bangkok after a hectic few days of work to this tranquil oasis. The space is beautiful with a large affinity pool situated centrally with surrounding rooms. I had booked a wellness weekend. When I arrived I received a timetable with every thing laid out. There were lots of other options I could take if leave but the variation was huge from meditation to HIT workouts. The staff helped me to plan the weekend. It n my first day I had a 90 minute Thai stretch massage which was phenomenal! The food also lived up to expectations being fresh and healthy with many options. So if you are looking to get away - this is definitely a place to go!

The hotel feels high quality and service is excellent. It was not busy but has a very peaceful setting overall. It’s difficult to visit anywhere from here without taking a taxi but a free shuttle bus is available to other places on the island during the day.

The 5D Pilates boot camp program went beyond my expectations. Kevin my instructor gave me my posture analysis and offer me insightful advice on how I can continue to enjoy my pilates journey when I am back home. The meditation and yoga sessions open my eyes to new possibility that I have not considered in the past. Kudos to Jana The wellness meals cater to both Western and Asian palates. They taste so delicious yet so healthy. I have not repeated my menu choices sofar. I don't have to give up dessert too, the absolute carrot cake is simply delightful. Part of the wellness program include massages that are spaced out during my stay. Woooo...a nice one after a stretch out during the day. The staff team is fabulous. They are attentive to details and arrange my schedule at a pace that I can recharge. Looking forward to next visit.
