Panphuree Residence in Nai Yang

Great place to stay for 1 night. I stayed here one night tour catch my morning flight to Europe.

Overall the place itself is great but it could be excellent if the reception staff were a bit more Trained.

What I like a lot was the proactive suggestion from a nice employee to help me with my luggage and bring it to the room.

The other employee who managed my check-in however didnt give a warm welcome: no smile at all, didnt talk for around 10-15 minutes after getting my passport, seemed a bit stressed and didnt explain the facility / breakfast / pool etc. Taking other reviews into Account it seems like he doesn't really like to talk to customers.

Overall as said great for 1 night but wouldn't suggest staying longer unless you need to.

Stayed one night here as a stopover before moving to our main hotel. No frills, but does exactly what it promises. Rooms are spacious and very clean, which is really all you need for a short transit stay.
Practical location too. There is a decent cafe within walking distance for a relaxed morning coffee, a 7-Eleven close by for essentials, and if you are feeling up for it the airport is actually walkable.
Good value, no complaints. Would book again without hesitation as an airport night option in Phuket.

I walked from the airport about 11 mins from the international arrivals and about 14 mins walk from internal arrivals. If you've got kids and lots of luggage I would recommend a taxi. I'm not sure why there are a few bad reviews. If you see it as an airport hotel it's one of the best I've stayed in for the price. Nice pool and bar area. good air con in the clean room.

Family rooms were great. Ty be stairs are a bit steep and difficult for very small kids. The staff wasnt the friendliest we've met but not unkind. There is a 7/11 up the street you'll need to visit for water. Quick and easy drive from the airport. We just stayed here 1 night after a late flight before our transfer to another beach. Breakfast was included and it was decent. Egg station juice, potatoes, beans, hard boiled eggs , cereal, salad, croissants, toast

Great hotel, very clean, breakfast was actually good, staff is nice and helpful and location is great. 4 min from airport and 7/11 around the corner for everything you need with lots of late night restaurants. Great if coming straight from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The family rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The pool has a great view and every day was very quiet. Close by nai yang beach and the airport. Onsite food was good - kids loved the carbonara and the pork basil was delicious! We’d happily stay again.

Stayed for one night before flying home. I dropped our hire car at the airport and walked to the hotel as it is literally just down the road. I paid an extra 300 baht to be able to check out at 15.00 instead of 12.00.

The room was a reasonable size and decent enough but could have been a little cleaner, especially the windows. The beds were nice and soft, which isn't always the case in Thailand, and the shower worked well. Because of the nature of this hotel people were coming and going at all times of the day and night and was therefore quite noisy at times so not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

The rooftop pool looked inviting and wasn't too busy when we had a look up there. The menu was pretty limited and expensive, especially the drinks, so we dined out at Heng Heng Heng just along on the main airport road.

There was limited info. on display and nothing in the room about the beach or airport shuttle which is free but has to be booked in advance. The shuttle to the beach takes only a few minutes and came in very handy for us as we had no car.

Most staff that we encountered were friendly but the check-in process was painfully slow even though I had a confirmed booking. There was only ever a maximum of two people working on reception and bearing in mind the number of rooms I can imagine that there could be long queues at times.

This is not a hotel suitable for a long stay but does the job for one or two nights when flying in or out. I only paid just over 1000 baht for one night which was pretty good value.

Convenient location: Perfect for a pre-flight stay, with close proximity to the airport and free transfer provided.

Spacious room: The king bed option offered ample space, and the balcony was especially useful for drying dive gear.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained.
Basic amenities: Hair dryer, and daily bottled water were appreciated touches.

Cons:

No room service: Absence of room service could be limiting, especially for late arrivals or early departures.

Restaurant selection: The menu's lack of variety might not satisfy all tastes.

Shower water flow: The water pressure was so low, it took forever to rinse out my shampoo.

Panphuree Residence ticks many boxes for a convenient airport stopover, particularly with its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and free airport transfers. However, the limited food options and lack of room service may be drawbacks for some.
