A cozy hotel, located off the road, so there's no noise. The manager is very friendly, and there's always someone on the ground floor ready to help.

It was excellent to stay at Green Harbor Hotel in Phuket. I had a really great experience there, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants. I’ve got a very good impression of this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

The owners are awesome. Always took care of us during our stay. The place is a bit old, but very clean and everything works well. Best quality for the price. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. They clean often, the room is always clean. The location is great, you can't hear the noise from the streets and it's not far from the city center and the beach. The staff is very helpful, you can chat, ask something. They even helped us communicate in Thai with a taxi driver when we lost a bag from the store :). We will definitely return to this hotel if we have the opportunity, it was very sad to leave.

The hotel is located in a quiet place. It is far from the beach. It is a 5-story building with an elevator. There are shops nearby, an exchange office (profitable) and a bike rental. Lots of cafes and mokashnitsy. Christian is in charge. He does everything himself. He fixed the safe himself. The bed is comfortable and clean. There are kitchen utensils, but a minimum, but enough for a couple. Microwave (used periodically) and rice cooker (never used). Cleaning is daily, but a minimum. They change towels, make (change linen) on the bed. Tea, coffee, water are replenished daily. Of the shortcomings - in the rooms without a balcony, there is nowhere to dry linen, there is no dryer. The air conditioner is old. The furniture is a little worn. For budget and non-possessive tourists - I recommend.

The hotel looks sad, I thought where I booked my accommodation))), in fact, the location is very convenient. The room was cozy, very clean, there is a kitchen, you can cook yourself breakfast or whatever you want, the refrigerator is a bit small. Seven is a two-minute walk away. It's about 10 minutes' walk to the sea, but we were on a bike and didn't go to Patong at all. Good Banzai market at affordable prices and good food, if you walk then 10-15 minutes. In general, not bad, but without excesses. For us, the main factor was cleanliness. Especially for my picky wife, who takes rags with her on vacation and constantly buys cleaning products in Seven)))

For its price the hotel is quite good. It is far from the sea, it is advisable to use a moped or taxi (mototaxi indrive 30 baht). For those who like walking there will be no problems. Relatively inexpensive area. Quiet enough. The rooms are clean. They always clean. Not far from the market with excellent food Malin plaza.

My "super detailed review"

Summary first:
This is an absolute hidden gem, 10 minutes away from both Jungceylon and Patong Beach, but is nestled away in a quiet residential area. The hotel is extremely well maintained and cleaned, I was very pleasantly surprised every minute of my stay here. Please, only come here if you know how to be respectful and well mannered, this gem of a hotel is too precious to be ruined by folks who might be lacking in these areas. And yes, like some other reviewer said, this place felt "like home", and I would come back here in a heart beat if I am ever back in Phuket again.

Rooms:
Very large, and spacious. 2 people will have more than enough room to stay for long periods of time, and the cleaning lady does an exceptional job of cleaning the room, including wet mopping the floors every day. Plenty of storage spaces, dining table, chairs, A/C works great, etc... Nothing to complain about.

Beds and sheeting:
Very comfy bed, and clean sheets. I am very sensitive to odor and I could not smell anything except the freshly cleaned sheets every day. The beds are actually perfect in terms of softness, which is not easy to find in Thai hotels.

Service:
The service is top notch, I cannot ask for more. Very friendly and professional.

Cleanliness:
Very very clean. As in no cockroaches whatsoever. The whole hotel and rooms are very very well maintained, and for someone is OCD about hygiene and cleanliness, I could not ask for a better hotel. I've stayed in other $85 hotels in Patong before that had cockroaches running across the ceiling and beds and I could not sleep for multiple nights hunting them down and worrying. This hotel is so clean it was just like being back at my home in Korea.

Sound proofing:
I heard some noises at night, not sure if it was the people upstairs or next door, but they woke me up at 3am and I could not sleep again. They slept in the day/lunch/afternoon and then started doing things at 3am... What are they bats? Anyways that's not the hotels fault, you will get some bad apples here and there. I also heard loud shouting from a man at night. I wish people with common sense and courtesy would come here...
