There's a nice view of the mountain. But it'll be very inconvenient without transportation.

Nice place

We stayed at the hotel for ten days. We rented a room with a kitchen.
We were satisfied.
The room was clean, cleaned every three days. There's a washing machine, which costs 60 baht. The receptionist provides detergent and fabric softener, and exchanges paper money for coins. You can hang your laundry near the washing machine or on the balcony in your room. There are drying racks, which is very convenient, thank you 💚 we didn't have this in many hotels.
The shower is combined with the toilet. There's no partition on the floors, so the floors are often wet and take half a day to dry. The sink is a bit awkward, but very aesthetically pleasing.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even a toaster, which isn't always the case.
There's a microwave and a good two-burner stove. A large refrigerator! A special thank you for that! We love cooking at home and our fridge is always fully stocked 😁
We really liked the view from the balcony 🥰 The grounds around the hotel are also lovely.
The room was nice, but the bright red wall wasn't quite my style; light, neutral tones are great for sleeping. But that's just my preference. I tried not to dwell on it.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was the steep drive to the hotel. We rented a bike, and it was a bit nerve-wracking 🙂 but it's all good, I've gotten used to it.

The Makro store is a 20-minute walk away, so if you're not elderly, it's perfectly fine. It's downhill there and uphill back. It's a bit of a walk to the beach; there's probably a taxi there. We went to Kata once, about a 50-minute walk at a leisurely pace. Then we rented a bike.
As a suggestion to the management, if there was more cozy lighting in the room, it would be even better. We always bring lightweight plastic lamps with us, so this wasn't a big issue, but the room's lighting was very cold and white. I also wanted to provide a different, less pungent scent for the laundry detergent and conditioner. Even my husband, who's not sensitive to it, noticed the smell and didn't like it. I also wanted to mention the sofa; it's made of faux leather or leather and will crumble a lot. A throw for it would be nice. The receptionist was very nice and helped with all my questions.

The place was on a hillside, not far from the beach. The access was a little scary as I rented a scooter, but the taxis had no problem getting to me.

You can see the sea view and the location is quiet on the mountain. Stayed three nights. The sanitation could be better, there are a lot of small insects on the mountain. The room is equipped with a kitchen and daily necessities.

It was the great pleasure to stay here. The owner and his wife are pretty friendly and helpful. I rented the room downstairs and then upgraded to the second floor and I would say the view is quite different. I didn’t spend much time in the room but when I was there it was pleasure to stay at the balcony and to look at the see and sunset.
The premises are rather far from the beach and so if you plan go to Kata by walk they don’t meet your requirements. They are great for those who drive bike or rent a car and is looking for a romantic solitude.
The rooms are clean, quite big and comfortable. Great for pairs or small families.
