Elite Suites Patong Hotel in Patong

Elite suite is a perfect for the stay at patong. It has big pool, nice reception area. I booked executive pool view. The room size is pretty big. The pool is also nice, should try to use the pool facility. Overall the stay was quite nice and most of amenities were provided. Great stay!

My recent stay at elite suites was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They had a wide variety of breakfast spread including indian food options. It is great for guests coming with families. The only thing that bothered me was size of the washroom, could have been bigger. Also, they charge a security deposit of 1000 bhat cash which is refundable at time of checkout, given you have not manhandled anything in room.

Walking distance from lots of fun sights in Patong, and 10 min walk from Patong beach.

Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a huge assortment of foods and a banana pancake or omlette on demand chef.

Rooms were spacious and clean, with what you'd expect for the price.

The pool was beautiful, though it is in the middle of the hotel and only gets a few short hours of direct sun a day.

The only big negative was that the beds are hard. I mean, like, really hard. Very little give. I didn't think to let the front desk know, and it wasn't until checkout when they asked how things were that I let them know how hard the bed was. They told me they'd be happy to provide a mattress topper and were sad I hadn't asked earlier. So, if the bed is too hard fot you, there's a ready solution at the front desk.

The service at Elite Suites was excellent and we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Phuket. The location is walking distance to the main Patong area, and transportation was easy to get to other areas of the island. The pool service was beyond exceptional. The staff would literally run to serve you and made sure everything you wanted and needed was there for you. The pool area was beautiful and we swam and enjoyed happy hour almost every day. The drink specials were so cheap- 2 for 1 drinks including all cocktails.

As a first timer in Phuket, Thailand we had a great time in Bauman Residence! I came with my family and we absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in a family suite with City view and the room was amazingly spacious. Prior to our stay, I told them that it will be a belated birthday celebration for me and they made our room extra nice by adding a welcome birthday decoration on the bed, it was really sweet. The staff are friendly, especially the foreign staff. Most of them were very accommodating and always wear a smile on their faces :). The breakfast is good for it's price, thumbs up to that too! If I am to make a suggestion is about the toilet/shower area as it can be very slippery specially after taking a shower. Maybe a safety rag can be placed inside the shower area to avoid accidents. Otherwise it was a superb experience for us. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues who may want to visit Phuket, Thailand too!

My, experience in this hotel was superb especially the rooms were very spacious the pool was kept clean the water massager in the pool was so relaxing, the food was tasty and we had many choices

Everything was perfect except The staff. Make sure you book pool view room city view is construction. The front desk staff at this location are HORRIBLE.

I arrived early 2.5 hrs before check in. When I approached the desk agent ( She was wearing a hijab) she was very rude. I inquired about a bag drop, and a lobby restroom. Very standoff ish, and a general non welcoming aura. Then walked over this Philipino woman Name FRIDAYY. She was very pleasant. She was AMAZING. She pre checked me in (a policy at the hotel for when you arrive early). She literally addressed all my concerns (money exchange, SIM card, breakfast etc) . She should be managing the place in my opinion.

The next morning I came down for breakfast and my room didn’t have breakfast included. I was under the impression that it did. I was mistaken. I went to the front desk to pay the USD $5 for the buffet. I was given a receipt. However it wasn’t the correct coupon for the breakfast. When I returned with a picture of what the kitchen staff said I needed I was SCOLDED by a very flamboyant front desk agent named AKMAL. He was very nasty very rude. In fact I couldn’t even finish explaining what I needed to the female agent who was helping me. He literally stopped what he was doing jumped over to us and then yelled while pointing “the kitchen is over there.” I almost got arrested but I didn’t react.

I asked to speak to the manager. FRIDAYY who Introduced herself the day before as guest services relations came to address my concerns instead. I let her know I’m on VACATION in a beautiful place that I PAID TO STAY AT. Nothing was FREE. I’m not going to be mistreated. She used the cultural + Language barrier excuse. I let her know that unfortunately is not good enough. The front desk staff needs to take CLASSES. Being welcoming is universal. I speak 3 different languages if there’s an issue where your not understanding someone or something ask them to hold on and get someone who does. Pointing and yelling is NEVER ACCEPTABLE. She heard my concerns and she also fixed my bed inwhich was very hard. The staff were a little bit better Over the remaining 5 days. They were literally the only issue.

Absolutely loved the stay at bauman residence. Great for families. Loved the breakfast. Big spacious public pool, big rooms for families. They have hotel towels you can take to the beach, a taxi service, exchange rate station, close to everything, staff are amazing and they know English
