The majority of the staff are quite friendly and pleasant. Anything we asked of them was done without hesitation or fuss.
The breakfast buffet isn't the best I have had, but was very good none the less and with quite a good selection.
The location of the resort is down the quieter end of Chaweng Beach which I didn't really mind, but if you want to be closer to the action you may want to reconsider.
Boom is the hotel customer service rep, she is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Always smiling and happy, her Positivity is contagious. She and her colleagues made our stay all that much better! 💯
Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them and no issues checking in and out. Mr Chow is a good fella!
Quiet location but close to all the good stuff, the island is small enough to cruise on a scooter anyway.
Would stay again 100%!
