Our stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.

Originally, I booked for 3 nights, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay and returned for another 2 nights at the end of my trip. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the **incredible reception team** – they are absolute stars! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth and genuine smiles, and they even remembered me as **"Khun Ian"**, which made me feel so welcome and special.
A huge shoutout to **Tale, Night, Ead, Oui, Bonus, Shin, Pii, Baris, P, and Csaba** – I hope I haven’t missed anyone, because every single one of you was fantastic. You were always there to help with any question I had, whether it was about local restaurants, places to visit, or just a friendly chat. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and your kindness and professionalism truly made my stay exceptional.

At first glance, Cassia looked like great value, and I can see why Agoda lists it as a 5-star property — probably because of the large compound and shared Laguna amenities. But in reality, the 5-star label is very misleading and doesn’t even meet solid 4-star standards.
The kids’ club was especially disappointing. The room smelled musky, toys were falling apart, and one of the playhouse doors was broken and could have fallen on a child — I actually had to move and hide it to prevent an accident. It really shows how poorly maintained and unsafe the area was. The kids’ pool also had sand inside, which might be intentional but made it uncomfortable for little ones.
The breakfast was the biggest letdown. While the team tried to surprise my son with a birthday singalong (a thoughtful gesture), the experience overall was chaotic and unhygienic:
• The outdoor registration staff seemed untrained and confused about orders.
• The noodle station was unattended — birds were pecking at uncovered meat.
• Birds also flew into the indoor area and landed near uncovered food.
• Most dishes tasted bland or stale, lacking any real flavour.
To make it worse, there seemed to be a lot of staff around, yet most looked clueless and uncoordinated, suggesting poor training and weak management.
It feels like the property is trying to appear upscale through scale and design, but missing the fundamentals of hospitality and upkeep. If they cut down on the frills and focused on quality, maintenance, and staff training, it could be a decent family resort. But as it stands, it’s far from deserving a 5-star rating.

Wonderful experience here at Cassia Phuket.
The staff and the hotel room were the best features about it, but on top of that the location and the amenities included were top notch too. All the staff are courteous, always say hello to you. Customer service was very quick any time we called for something like extra water or a quick cleanup. My birthday happen to be in the week we stayed here, and the staff brought up cake to my room and setup a happy birthday sign while I was out. Overall staff is just going the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.
The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from Bang Tao Beach and a shuttle boat is provided free of charge to take you there and back. The complimentary breakfast was 10/10 and chicken/beef is halal. The chef actually brought the packaging out to show us so we can be comfortable eating there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Special mention to Cha Ba and Baris, who were always very kind and helpful!

While the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, I found several areas that need significant improvement. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel overall was far below expectations. There were no basic toiletries provided, the furniture showed noticeable stains, the windows were dirty, and it appeared the floors had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The children's playground also raised significant concerns regarding hygiene (mold). Overall, I would classify this as a three-star hotel rather than the advertised five stars. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel overall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Surprised there was no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom. The balcony door didn’t close properly, but it wasn’t a big issue as we only stayed for two nights. Good value for the price, tasty breakfast, and beautiful surroundings

 How is a respectable hotel not offering luggage services, how is a tired traveler who owns just arrive the hotel who need a help to take his very much luggage of his families and kids
The rooms is not like on the pictures on trip.com
There is box and multiple insects and the floors was not clean as a policy of the hotel. There is no housekeeping and cleaning every day every other day as your policy and that is not acceptable at all
There is some allergy happened to my son, but thanks to God that it was simple and assume that from the low quality services at all
