Resort The Pavilions Phuket in Bang Tao

On arrival at The Pavilions, we were warmly welcomed by Louise. She was generous with her time, and the personal touch was much appreciated.

Unfortunately, our room was not ready despite it being the official check-in time. We were told we would need to wait half an hour, which ultimately turned into an hour. While we were offered a complimentary drink during the wait, we would have much preferred to have had the room available on time.

The following morning, we requested a late check-out to compensate for the delayed check-in, but it was disappointing that this could not be accommodated.

The setting of the 360° bar was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed sunset drinks there.

The room itself was very spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the buggy service around the hotel grounds was efficient and convenient.

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Totally amazing place. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included. Fantastic breakfast as well. So cozy and romantic setting. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Thanks!

This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable.
That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

This is truly a 5 star hotel experience from when you step out of the vehicle all the way to check out. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The amenities are plentiful and extremely clean. Everything is modern with Thai design all around. We stayed in a villa and it was the best stay we had in all of Thailand. Absolutely worth the stay. The only regret I have is not staying here longer.

It was our first time in Phuket, my partner and I cannot express just how wonderful our stay was with The Pavilions Phuket!

We were taken aback by just how big the resort was and how we had to take a buggy to get around – we felt so pampered and spoiled. All the staff were so lovely, friendly and always welcoming us with a smile. There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm). I would love to thank Cee (C) who helped us with booking our island day activity and helped book us another room for us on the day we were checking out because we had a late flight on the day we were checking out and didn’t want to be stuck at the airport or anywhere for long hours waiting. I would also love to thank all the staff who drove us around in the buggy and recommended places for us to visit during our stay. We went to the morning breakfast buffet at the Firefly restaurant every morning that we were there, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

We stayed in the Spa and Pool Villa and can we just say we were stunned at how big it was. We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom. We did not end up using the Spa room that we had so we will have to come back and use that room! And then on the last day when we checked out, we moved to the Tropical View Suite until we departed to the airport and the room was really nice too.

Our trip ended too soon and the staff all sent us off with a smile and wished us a safe trip back home and to come visit again soon. We would love to come back again one day.

Another big thank you to all the Reception staff, Buggy staff, Restaurant staff, Room Service staff and Cleaning staff for making our trip so amazing, comfortable and welcoming from the start to the end.

The villa is near-perfect. From the big pool, to the warm bed and cold air-conditioning, to the comfortable sofas, to the GREAT customer service, and even better food, everything is great. Don’t get me started about the view, the view from everywhere in the whole hotel from the lobby to the villa is so beautiful. However, there are only a couple flaws, which should be rather easy to fix, the internet does not reach the third floor, and the stairs inside the villa are very slippery, but in summary, 9.9/10 heavily recommend everyone visiting Phuket to come here.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are big and wide, the sofa in the living room is the biggest ive ever seen, but they're more likely suitable for couples, not for friends or family since the main bathroom has clear glass doors that opens to the master bedroom. Breakfast area is great and the food is good. Their service is not bad, but the buggies sometimes takes forever to pick us up, and that makes a big delay. I recommend if during peak time they add more drivers/buggies.

It's located away from the beach, and shuttles schedule starts from 1:30 pm. To take you there.

We booked the pool penthouse. We stayed here for 8 nights and it was a great stay. The only thing that I did not like was how the hot water wasn't really working for the showers,but it was working for the bathtub. The room is great,however on the 2nd floor,there is an odd scent coming from the bathroom.I think it's the bug repellent they have. After a couple of days I got used to the smell. I liked how our room was private,had a lot of space and a nice view. The staff is very friendly here and works hard to make sure guests are comfortable. The only con I would say is the hotel is kind of far away from the main Phuket tourist places,but it's a nice drive. A lot of our drivers were saying how nice the hotel is. I loved how secure the hotel was too. If I ever come back to Phuket,I would like to come here again.
