Everyday we talk about how incredible this resort is. We actually cancelled our next accommodation and extended our stay here instead. Next time we are in Thailand, we’ll be coming straight back. It really is gorgeous
There was an incredible variety of desserts, along with delicious sandwiches such as club sandwiches, salmon, and crab. The tea selection was fantastic, and they also offered coffee and many other options.
We made our reservation only about 30 minutes before arriving, yet everything was perfectly arranged and prepared for us. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive.
Honestly, we would give this place 10 stars if it were possible, but unfortunately the maximum is 5. It was truly a fantastic experience.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were good and the overall maintenance level was solid. One important thing to note is that there is no elevator to the rooms. We were on the third floor, which can be inconvenient if you have strollers, heavy luggage, or when going up and down from the pool.
Breakfast was very good — tasty, varied, and plentiful. The food we ordered during our stay was also good.
Regarding service, the staff was polite and pleasant, but there is room for improvement in operations. Dishes from poolside food orders were not always cleared in a timely manner, and overall trash and used items were sometimes left longer than expected. There was also an issue with pool towels — one day there were no towels available at all. We were told that the supply vehicle had been in an accident, but there had already been a shortage the day before.
That said, I want to highlight a particularly positive experience. We forgot some clothes at our previous hotel, and the reception team went above and beyond to help us retrieve them. Aisha from reception was especially amazing — professional, caring, and truly helpful. She made a real difference in our stay.
Overall, a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved.
Beach area is nice but all first three lines of sunbeds are occupied by 8-8:30am. Has good natural shade under the trees. A few places to take shakes, corn, drinks, massage. Everything is convenient.
Breakfasts are great and have a lot of options to choose from. Hotel amenities are very well maintained.
Rooms are in good condition. Mattress is super firm (for those who cares). Exchange and Tops are next to the hotel. Night market is 3 minutes tuk tuk drive.
The only thing we didn’t like is that gym works till 7 pm.. would be nice if they extend working time 🙈
Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly appointed for our family. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast at Isla Restaurant—fresh, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. The entire Isla team went above and beyond, especially to celebrate my birthday. Their genuine warmth made the occasion feel extra special.
Our boys spent hours splashing in the pool, and I appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym for a quick workout. The only downside was a single visit to Nora Beach Club, where the food and service didn’t measure up to the rest of the hotel—Isla remains our top dining choice. One small suggestion: an earlier room cleaning schedule would be ideal.
Overall, Amora delivered exceptional service, lovely amenities, and true hospitality. We left with happy memories and fully intend to return on our next trip. Thank you, Amora team!
