We stayed at Ramada Resort Wyndham Khaolak as a family for 4 nights and 5 days, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very calm, peaceful, and perfect for a family holiday. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.👍
What impressed us the most was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and always smiling😀which made us feel truly welcome.
The food was delicious, and it was great to see options for kids as well. The pool, garden, and overall atmosphere were very relaxing and enjoyable. 👏👏
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khaolak. It’s a place we’d love to come back to again. 🌊 🌴

The hotel has a wonderful location, and the park-like grounds with many palm trees and flowers are beautiful. The pool is huge and the water temperature is pleasant – fantastic. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very well-maintained. The food is varied, and the price is right. What I found very disappointing was that some of the equipment in the fitness room was broken and wasn't repaired during my 10-day stay. Conclusion: I would book this hotel again, top-notch!

This was one of the best trips we've had in a while. We usually stay at other hotels, but we decided to try the Ramada! We loved the hotel – it's compact, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and it has one of the best beaches on Khao Lak. The rooms are a bit tired for those looking for a luxury experience, but super comfortable for casual travelers! It has everything you need, and even more. We'll definitely be staying at the Ramada again next year! The surrounding area is well-developed – restaurants, massages, shops, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You can stroll around, or you can even leave the hotel and sit at a nearby bar or restaurant, and the Nightmarket is nearby.
We're so glad we had the chance to stay at the Ramada. The hotel offers free activities – yoga, carving, batik, napkin folding, color-coding, and much more!
If you're looking for the company of Russian tourists, if you're looking for a Turkish-style vacation—constant parties, drinking, and adventure—then Ramada is definitely not for you. Go to Phuket, you'll be happy there. For a quiet, high-quality, unpretentious, and dignified vacation in the company of Europeans, head to Ramada.

We’ve just returned from an absolutely amazing holiday at Ramada Resort. Right from arrival with the friendly staff such as Daeng greeting us at lobby/reception through to the delicious breakfast and food included, great cocktails and bar staff serving them. We particularly loved the staff serving dinner – all of them very attentive and friendly but we found Byte & Nonny to go above and beyond and made our stay extra special. Although I never asked his name, the chef was always on the floor making sure everything in the buffet was to his high standard - something you don’t see very often. All 8 of us enjoyed every single meal we had there. We’ll definitely be back!

What a perfect spot- right size, great location, amazing breakfast and pool, really not a single thing to complain about here. I guess it is worth noting that it’s a lot of older Europeans and young families so if you’re looking for a party vibe this ain’t it lol, amazing for peace and quiet and relaxation though

Lovely pool and air conditioned Gym

The hotel is located on the beautiful beach. Everything is very good except the service.
1. When I arrived, no one helped me carry my bags. I waited so long that I had to carry them myself.
2. I stayed for 2 nights and was about to sleep on the 2nd night. I received a letter saying that the check-out time was noon. Okay, I understand. But the staff called the room again at almost 9 pm to ask if I could help carry my bags if I checked out at noon the next day. It felt like I was being chased out. The next day, I woke up and left at 11 am. 🤣

I like everything except for the chase to check out quickly by calling at night.

Good hotel. Responsive staff. Located near the sea on the 1st line, you can swim during low tide. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The only minus is not related to the hotel, but is probably related to the peculiarity of Khao Lak - it is impossible to take a taxi from the hotel at reasonable prices, the bolt does not work, there are few drivers in Indrive and the prices are inflated.

Had a wonderful stay here! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they really can’t do enough for you. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, with a great pool bar for drinks and food. Location is great, close to all the main attractions but quiet enough to relax. Taxis and tuk-tuks available right outside if need be. The suite we had was spotless. The room was spacious with a spacious bathroom and a lovely lounge area. The balcony was large with a great sofa for relaxing. The pool area leads directly onto the beach and the restaurant by the pool sells a large range of delicious food, all whilst overlooking the beautiful sea. Highly recommend!
