The pool is amazing.
Also, all the staff are friendly and greet you with bright smiles.
I'm especially grateful to the reception staff, Manager PHUMI(?) and the female receptionist GHO(?).
Their kindness and support made our vacation even more enjoyable and wonderful.
Thanks to the manager who even came to see us off in a taxi.
I'd love to visit again if I get the chance.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. Good breakfasts. The room is a bit old, but clean. In the evenings they deliver clean towels for the beach to the rooms. We will definitely come back here again!

This place is very suitable for a family vacation. The staff are lovely, provide good service, and take care of every customer. Everyone is smiling and cheerful, especially the receptionist who gives a warm welcome. The room is clean and quiet. This is one of the hotels in Khao Lak that you must come to.

Very pleasant stay overall with great surrounding and amenities. The water flow was a bit weak for the shower. Restaurant food might be better out of the hotel but it’s good enough during a rainy lazy day. Pools are various and the beach just in front easily accessible. Beach has some flies but we experienced similar at other more upscale hotels in the area as well. Most memorable and enjoyable was the table tennis which we used for free every night! Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is beautifully designed, with a well-maintained and intimate atmosphere that makes everything easily accessible. The modern rooms, lovely pool areas, and direct access to the sea create a perfect setting for relaxation.

What stood out the most was the exceptional professionalism of the staff. Although we initially faced a minor delay at check-in, the team handled it very well, offering a sincere and professional apology, which we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel where we felt completely at ease. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with our reservation, but Jane assisted us with professionalism and kindness, quickly resolving everything. The hotel is new, well-maintained, and always spotless, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday, but she was very upset. We took a large room with a separate children's room and a bunk bed. However, in the evening, when we returned to the room after bathing, we found a crowd of ants in the bathroom, they were everywhere, on the towels, on the sink, on the wall, on the floor. And when our daughter noticed them in the room on the bed, she completely lost her mood, she said she would sleep with us, since she was afraid in the room. In the large room they were also everywhere, and were already crawling on our bag, so we decided to leave the necessary things, and take the suitcases to the car, so as not to bring ants home. It's good that we took the hotel for only 1 night, but the birthday was ruined. Also, in the children's room, the windows were all in greasy handprints, poor cleaning for such a hotel. If it weren't for the main issue with the ants, the room was good, spacious, the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, they congratulated my daughter with a cake, for which we are very grateful. The pool has a great children's area and one slide. The sea is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. The bottom line is that the hotel is fine, but a crowd of ants on the 3rd floor is unacceptable for this level.

Just returned from a 4-days stay with our toddler (2) and first-grader (7), and I must say - what a pleasant surprise! The low season meant incredible rates and a practically private resort experience.

The family room setup was brilliant - kids got their own themed room with bunk beds while we had our space. The multiple pools were a massive hit - my 7-year-old couldn't get enough of the water slide, while the little one splashed happily in the shallow kids' pool.

The kids' club was a lifesaver during the afternoon heat, with amazing staff and plenty of activities. Breakfast spread was extensive, though we mainly stuck to the western options for the kids.

The best part? No waiting for anything - from restaurant tables to pool loungers. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful escape without breaking the bank.
