Great resort. Everything was good in general.
The rooms are dated and could use a bit of a deep clean but other than that it was great. Food at breakfast was amazing. Good variety.

We stayed at Seaview Resort in a Deluxe Pool Villa, and overall had a very good experience. The resort has the potential to be truly outstanding, but signs of wear are visible in the general areas. With some maintenance (paint, cracks, landscaping, refill ponds), this could easily be a top-tier 10/10 property. That said – the villa itself was excellent.
Keep in mind that Thai hotel star ratings don’t always compare to European standards, and many hotels here are aging.

Private pool & sunbeds in a quiet area – perfect temperature for cooling off (pool edges could use refreshing).

Approximately 1200–1400 SEK/night for two in high season – very reasonable for what you get.
🍳 Breakfast – 8/10
Fresh and good quality with plenty of choice. Missing fresh juice & pancakes, but overall very satisfying.
Go before 08:00 to avoid crowd and noise – outdoor seating recommended.
🏖 Pool Area – 7/10
Clean and refreshing, though slightly worn edges. Plenty of loungers.
Beachfront beds get “reserved” early (07–08), but no shortage at the pools.
Loungers not that comfortable due to metal bar in backrest.
🍴 Food Nearby – 9/10
Fantastic dining options right outside the hotel (e.g., Café O Bar). Family of four eats well for 650–950 THB.
Phu View Restaurant is also worth a visit for the great food and views.

A bit dated and no lifts to the 3rd floor. Almost everything closes or stops around 10pm including stuff in the hotel, except a pub with a live band on the main road. The beach is alright and clean. The pool area is nice. Definitely check out Jimmy Pad Thai a roadside vendor just before you reach the main road. Good food and great prices!

By way the worst experience I ever had and I usually never write bad reviews but this experience was so bad I have to share it with the world. To the CEO, I asked your head of reception several times for your contact details, but they refused to give it and told me I should put it online so this is what I’m doing.
We arrived at seaview around 22:00 after a long day of travelling. The receptionist checked us in, but when she said the room type it was what we had booked. It was a down grade to what we had booked. We had a discussion and we were hungry so we told her to find a solution with your supervisor by the time we come back. So we went away for an hour came back and no solution was offered. Claiming I was lying although I showed het my booking several times. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She called someone who the receptionist told me was the supervisor, but when I asked to hand over the phone she had to come clean and admit she lied and didn’t call her super after another 30 minutes she finally called the supervisor and when I got her on the phone she was very rude. Telling me I had to shut up after spending almost 2 hours at reception we finally got a room. The next day I went to speak to the supervisor in person and yet again no apology, she wanted to explain what happened in the background. Honestly I don’t care that internal kitchen. I show you my booking you should sort it out with you partner but your customers shouldn’t have to deal with this. After repeatedly asked to speak to the GM they all refused to give me to contact details as I wanted to share this directly with him so he could address this but unfortunately that didn’t work so honestly stay away from this hotel as the service is horrible. If you want to relax go somewhere else as this will only bring you a lot of stress. Oh and thank you for ruining my wedding anniversary.

Great location venue old and in much need of repair. We have pool room, no privacy as people walk past when swimming, can see you aqnd the pool was oily and dirty. Breakfast had a great omelette and coffee but ran out of food and you had to wait often for refills. Also ran out of salted butter for a few days and let a man with no shirt into the breakfast area, no one needed to see his oversized man boobs whilst eating breakfast. I didn't like the first room as it was next to renovations and they did move us. Was not pleasant with stray cats at you all the time. Complained a couple of times, the spring rolls were disgusting made of spinach and cheese and not able to be eaten. The cocktails were not full strength or flavour and we could not drink one it was that disgusting and served in a plastic cup. First time room was made up the girl didn't make the bed or top up tea, coffee, I had to ask her to come back and do this. We ran out of shampoo as they never filled the container up. All little things that wouldn't normally matter but after a serious of events they all add up. We wouldn't stay here again. Great location easy to walk to shops and excellent beach.

One of the best places we've stayed in Thailand this resort is hard to beat. Three lovely pools to pick from, gorgeous villas with private pool and beautiful gardens make this a fantastic place to relax. Easy walk to Khao Lak center along with a fabulous beach in front boasting direct views and access to the Light House. We will definitely be back.

I chose to stay here and celebrate my birthday here at the age of 28 and here they arranged a welcome bed and sang a birthday song, served a cake warmly, the breakfast was lovely and very delicious. Here, you can walk to Nang Thong Beach and there is a swimming pool overlooking the beach. If anyone wants to stay, I recommend Khao Lak Seaview. You will definitely be impressed like me. Here, the staff are polite, lovely, and helpful in everything. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 🙏🏻❤️☺️
