Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort and Spa in Khao Lak

We had an amazing stay at Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great attention to detail.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurants served excellent food throughout the day. The pool area and beach were stunning and well maintained, perfect for relaxing.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a truly memorable experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Khao Lak

I had a wonderful 10-day holiday at this hotel and was very impressed with the service.
Everything about the room changes was handled well, and all services were friendly and professional.

There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the sunset view at the hotel is absolutely beautiful.

This stay was truly relaxing, and I was very happy with the attentive service from every staff member who took great care of me throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mook, who consistently checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of.

On our first day, we were quite shocked to see that some areas of the hotel were under renovation, which made us very disappointed and even consider moving to another place. However, after we were shown the room and moved to a quieter zone all arranged smoothly by Mook so we decided to stay. It turned out to be the best decision, as we felt relaxed and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality from all the staff.

The hotel also offers a wonderful breakfast restaurant with plenty of choices, but our favorite spot was definitely the Beach Bar. We loved watching the sunset every day while enjoying our evening cocktails such a special moment for us.

We are already planning to return next March with our family and truly hope the renovations will be completed by then. Can’t wait! 🥰

A perfect stay. In my
opinion the best resort in the area. The resort has recently been refurbished, all the rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped. The location is right on the beach and a minutes walk into the local village with it's many restaurants and shops.
All the staff were amazing but the best was Mook, the Guest Relations Manager, who was all the time checking to see if we need anything. Our holiday would not have been the same without her. She would make an excellent resort manager.

A really wonderful place to stay. I love the way they have taken environment into consideration. The hotel video is brilliant I watched it all a few times as it explained everything around the hotel. I highly recommend satisfying here if you have the choice. One I saw and did was get bed and breakfast as there are plenty of local restaurants in short walking distance. Not just the road but along the beach too

Gorgeous hotel/villa resort on the beach with perfect views, amazing food and fantastic facilities. (gym,swimming pool, games area etc) staff members are all humble and friendly and always happy to help. I think the chef deserves a mention here too because every single meal from breakfast until dinner has been absolutely perfect! 5 stars, thank you Khao Lak Emerald Resort for making my Wife and I so happy during our stay with you x

Lovely hotel on the beach.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are a good size but the villa’s are a bit small. Lovely little pool attached to the villa’s and 2 good community pools.
Good location with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
A lovely holiday and would certainly return and recommend.

It was such a nice time when I was there. We got an upgraded to beachfront villa which I didn't expect that. I appreciated it and I was really happy by that. Everything was nice; staff, area, and the swimming pool my son loved it.
One last thing, I have to thank to the F&B staff that served the food to our room when it was buffet time which we could not make it cause of my son was not feeling so well and the staff was really helpful by that.
Overall, I was really impressed with everything.
