Downside is quite a bit of maintenance required on pool decking req , and not the best on the beach front. No immediate other bars on the beach requires a good walk along the beach.
The beach is so nice and great location.
The staff are amazing, very welcoming, helpful and kind and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
The food is very good but would be good to have more variety.

Would highly recommend and will return here.
Worst of all; bad pest control. Mosquitos and flies especially the villa.
There was a shallow pool for children, and my daughter played in the small fountain the whole time.
There was also a kids' room.
There was also a lounge, which looked like a good place to relax with a drink or study. There were also people playing board games.
