My best friend and I booked to stay at The Haven through Luxury Escapes and from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, our experience could not have been better.
The staff go above and beyond to ensure your every need and possible want is met, all whilst doing it with a smile. The kindness and hospitality we were shown, we will remember forever. Not only do they make an effort to remember you personally, but what your preferences are as well.
Everyday our rooms were cleaned, waters replenished and constantly we saw staff working around the resort to maintain this standard. There was not an iota of uncleanliness anywhere.
Located an hour outside of Phuket and child free could not have added to our experience any better. Restful days and nights, private pool access shared between just a couple of others and everything you could need either in the resort, or 15 minutes into town.
I will most certainly coming back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, something I will think of fondly forever along with the friends that I made.
