Cleaning could be better all in all, for 4 stars it was a good hotel. Drainin was horrible, but if you don’t like long showers you are all good.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location if you're not looking for a wild nightlife scene. The only downside is the rather limited breakfast. As for the rooftop pool, there's no possibility to order food, not even at lunchtime. In any case, I'd still recommend it.

Location is good. Walking distance-take around 10mins walk to night market. Top floor swimming pool with view but a bit small. Clean room with comfy bed. Breakfast has small selection at buffet counter but u can orders fresh hot dishes such as eggs, noodles & rice. We had couple of hours without power due to the area power outage. My husband couldn't sleep without air-conditioning 😅

The hotel was centrally located yet not in a very busy area, you could walk to both Karon and Kata Beach, 5 minutes from the Kata Walking Street. You get transport - buses and taxis right in front of the hotel. There is a Airport Bus Stop within 100 meters. You could take that bus to come here. We stayed at the hotel for ten days. We rented a room with a kitchen. We were satisfied. The room was clean, cleaned every three days. There's a washing machine, which costs 60 baht. The place was on a hillside, not far from the beach. The access was a little scary as I rented a scooter, but the taxis had no problem getting to me.

You can see the sea view and the location is quiet on the mountain. Stayed three nights. The sanitation could be better, there are a lot of small insects on the mountain. The room is equipped with a kitchen and daily necessities.

Very kind staff. Cleanliness is superb. Good breakfast although same every day. Lots of places to eat nearby. There is no shortcut to the beach and need to walk 15-20 minutes. The air con is situated straight against the bed. Our stretched pareo helped avoiding direct cold air flow. Tiny mosquitos, bring repellent!

Such a cute hidden gem in Kata beach yet it’s right in the center of everything. Great location only steps away from the beach. The place is beautiful clean modern. I even had my own balcony. I really liked the staff they catered to every need. They also provided REALLY NICE free breakfast freshly made for each guest which was a lovely surprise. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Staff was fantastic . Great little spot with excellent breakfast. Main highlight was being in a prime location for walking. Plenty of shops and nightlife nearby , and beach was about a 10-15 minute walk away. Highly recommend this place

Clean. The room has more than enough everything, I didn't have time to evaluate the breakfast, I left in the morning. It's inconvenient that the entrance is right from a busy street. It's inconvenient that the balcony is in the wall. It seems expensive for this price..

Great guest house. Owners are so good. Its a hidden gem. They cant do enough for there guests. 10 mins to beach via shops etc. Rooms are nice lots hot water and clean.the massages at guest house are amazing. loads of places to eat in the surrounding area. Owners will sort out taxi etc

The hotel has a massage room (not a tourist one, but a medical one). If you want to experience a real Thai massage, be in euphoria for more than an hour, and then feel how all the problems go away, then we recommend this particular woman, a master named Kawow. We tried different massage therapists. Other salons didn't even come close. We attach a photo.

It was the best destination while traveling with my family including 2 kids and pregnant wife😄 Moreover, it was our 3rd stay in Phuket, firstly when we got there, reception was warmly welcoming us. About villas room, it has a such good scented, clean amenities, silent environment and interesting interior. Next winter, we’ll visit again.

Great. Our stay was great. The staff were super polite and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel is on top of a hill and it can be a bit difficult for those on foot.

We arrived at the hotel. Got the key. We go in the room and the old dirty sheet was on the bed. They changed right away. The shower doesn't drain the water is all over the bathroom. Really bad. The cleaning lady was nice. No elevator you have to go up the stairs. I didn't like it. Never go back there.

It's a modest guesthouse, but their restaurant isn't great and they clean it every day. I liked it for a budget stay of four nights. Kata Beach is nearby, and Karon is just a stone's throw away. Overall, it's okay. Not every place is cleaned every day, so we appreciated that. It's really nice. Sometimes you don't have to run around asking the staff for cleaning or fresh towels.

Room was clean, AC worked well, TV netflix didn't work but youtube did, shower water was always hot. No mosquitos! First time we showered the drain was too slow, I think sand from the beach must get caught in the drain. I informed the staff and they came and removed the drain cover which helped. Later I used the toilet sprayer to blast fast-moving water down the shower drain and that seemed to help...

Stayed here and it's a wonderful, cozy little guest house right in the middle of Kata Walking Market. It's really good value and the owner is lovely. The cocktails are highly recommended. The steps are steep but I would stay there again if I was in Kata. The beach is just a nice stroll away. Highly recommended

It's impossible to sleep because Kata Market is just down the street. The owner isn't very welcoming, because I asked for a quiet room, and she was so annoyed, like, "No," even though there was a quiet room available. The double standard room smelled of old wood and it was exactly what you would expect from a very old hostel (toilet seat like of a public toilet, uncomfortable bed, door was difficult to close, etc.). This is a decent budget hotel, and check-in was quick. It was a bit hard to find, and we got a little lost. There's a rooftop pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. The balcony and room are spacious, the air conditioning is new, the TV has YouTube, and the bed is comfortable. I just wish there was a kettle in the room. Otherwise, our stay was problem-free. The location was quite easy to find. Since I was checking in very late, I communicated with the hotel in advance and they kindly helped me out by leaving the key for a self-check-in, which was really great.
