Cozy hotel located close to many shops and restaurants of Kata beach. Recommend to stay for young people and couples without children.

Location: on Kata beach, 55 km from the airport of Phuket, 15 km from Patong beach, 800 m from the sea.
Consists of one 3-storey building and one additional 3-storey building 100 meters away from the other across the road.
Total area: 2 400 m2.
Only 69 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 550 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Among all the hotels we stayed across Thailand, this was our favorite. Firstly it is located at a very convenient and busy area near Kata beach - you can just walk to the beach in 10 to 15 minutes. However the rooms are quiet inside the hotel even in the day time without any outside noise. There is 7/11 store right across the road beside, you can also find a Coffee Club and a Burger King on the way to the beach, and a number of local restaurants along the path. Secondly the hotel itself is fantastic with great pool views and aesthetic rooms. Our room was so comfortable and the bed was cozy. There was a large glass window to let in so much light and a small balcony where you could put your clothes in the air. There is a safety locker in the room and a hair dryer and the bathroom is convenient. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful with service, and with our luggage as well, however we were not informed about the complimentary shuttles and lunch they provided to compensate the inaccessibility of the main pool which was under renovation at the time. They also require a deposit of 3000 baht in cash during check in, which was returned to us without any trouble during check out. One midnight there was this weird mysterious cracking sound while me and my wife were asleep. We both kind of freaked out and I tried to find what it is - I checked all the windows and doors but there was nothing - probably it was from the room above or below ours. Except that everything else was just fine. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay if you are looking for one in between Kata and Karon beach.. have a great time in Phuket !!
Worst hotel stay ever. The service was absolutely horrible. No one was available to help with anything, and there was no customer support at all. When I needed assistance, nobody picked up the phone or responded. Staff were rude or completely missing. It felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone – total waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs
The location is excellent, walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The room were not as clean as compared to the other hotels at the same level. Cabinets worn out & our room was slightly dirty, we feeling itchy thru out the night, I am not sure if its from the bedding or the amount of seafood we had the day before.
