I’d like to start from the good part: the staff was very kind and very responsive. Much appreciated The breakfast was honest- simple and little choices but good The room was ok but the overall appearance of the hotel is not the best. Surely need maintenance. It’s old and the amenities are not very good. The gym was super hot and two of the 4 machines were not even working.

The place esp the rooms really needs a new makeover. the pictures shown here is totally different. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. The room smell musky and i’d purchase room air freshener to make my 5d4n stay more amicable. Mosquitoes were quite alot and purchasing some mozzie repellant helps abit and yet u will still get some mosquito bites. Breakfast was okay with limited choices...

A friendly hotel at a great location. Clean spacious room with a balcony.. Room for improvement in the pillows provided. They were soft without much foam filling in it. Overall, value for money.

On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired.  Good location. Swim up room a bonus. Staff really attentive, maintenance arrived promptly to deal with hook off wall and light not working.  Definitely not a criticism but padded sun beds and parasol on every terrace would enhance people's experience.

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great.

Very nice hotel but except one issue😅. Electricity gonw around 10 am morning and until i check out around 12 pm electricity not came. The hotel not really in good location. The beach is about 15 minutes walking but it’s very small beach, no way to sit and relax. The room smell bad , not clean and the staff didn’t are about it . We left the room early in the morning and returned back about 6 PM and it wasn’t clean. Breakfast didn’t include enough option like cheese, vegetables for those didn’t eat Thai food in the morning.

I loved my stay at CC'S hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and i had the best experience staying here. I met so many lovely people. It totally exceeded my expectations. If you’re someone who travels with a lot of luggage, I strongly do not recommend staying at this place. There is no elevator, and it’s located in a small alley where taxis cannot access directly, which makes it very inconvenient. The room also had a strong moldy smell, and the overall cleanliness was quite concerning.

This is the 3rd location for me staying with this chain, after Pai and Chiang Mai. It is pretty similar in all locations. Strong AC, towel and blanket provided, amenities (but here were often not filled in all the bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo). The disadvantage I see is that they don't offer free water refills!!!! Why!?

This is my first stay at this hostel. Overall, it’s okay, but there are a few downsides. Instead of a proper blanket, you’re given a thin polyester throw that doesn’t keep you warm, while the air conditioning in the rooms is very strong. There is also no Wi-Fi, it’s quite noisy, and the showers are of questionable quality. That said, this is just my first impression.

We had a great stay at Kata Noi resort. We stayed at one of the villas with 2 bedrooms. The entire villa is very spacious with a full kitchen. The room was clean . The bed was comfortable. The room is middle size. I liked the balcony. it is just beside the main road and it is a little noisy. The TV want work and it was just a wall decor. No TV programs of any kind or any language. The A/C was a little old and not strong , but it was working. Overall you can book but don’t expect much.

Excellent hotel. We rented two rooms on the second floor. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Kata Beach, a 15-minute walk to the market, and there's a 7/11, Lotus, and a laundromat nearby. The hotel is in good condition, but there are already some plumbing issues. One shower was leaking, and the bidet shower kept dripping constantly. The drain in the shower also worked strangely. I had a standard room, which is very small – fine for one person, but only for a couple of nights if there are two. Great location for Kata Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, although you have to go around a bit since the direct path is blocked. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The decor is a bit dated, but the price definitely makes up for it.

This is an extension of my stay at this hotel. Before this, I was in a room with two small beds. It's a shame I had to push to get the room from the picture with one large bed instead of the previous room they wanted to keep me in. There IS a difference between one large bed and two small beds pushed together!!

The hotel is certainly a bit tired. It still has that Anapa vibe. But! The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness, the friendly atmosphere! No modern hotel can compare! In general everything was ok. Very close to the beach, clean and tidy, more like a homestay, rather than hotel. Friendly service and good atmosphere. Beach was very clean and beautiful, plenty of beach umbrellas to rent. Just downstairs was a very nice restaurant, so no need to worry about lunch and dinner, and several minutes away was 7/11.

The hotel has a direct path to the beach, just a 1-minute walk, and it's also very close to 7-Eleven. There's a massage parlor right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient. Excellent accommodation, a very pleasant hotel with a clean pool. For breakfast, there's tea, coffee, cookies, and fruit. Since it's located away from the beach, having your own transport is a must. There's a wonderful view of the Big Buddha and the jungle. It would be good if towels were changed more often. Perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway without noisy groups.

A quiet hotel, 10-15 minutes from the sea. Comfortable mattress, good pillows. Plenty of towels. Nice bed linens. I liked that the rooms have wooden decor elements. On the downside, the shower water pressure and WiFi are weak. The air conditioning leaked, but the staff fixed it.

It's a bit difficult to find the hotel right away. The driver drove past, but we found it. There was no one to carry the suitcase up to the second floor.
