In a quiet neighbourhood in between two busy BTS stations (Asok and Phrom Phong) with plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby. Room is comfortable and felt safe.

My second time staying here and the hotel has maintained its high standards. Rooms are well-sized and comfortable; breakfast is good with a reasonable selection; location is decent - reasonably quiet street away from the bar scene but close to public transport and malls. Can’t say anything negative!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. There are many restaurants just around the corner, and it's very close to the popular EMP mall. The only minor drawback was the limited number of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool.

This hotel was suitable for a short stay. The room was adequate and cleaned daily; however, it is clear that the property would benefit from some overall maintenance as its age is showing. It is unclear why the patio door in the room was locked as it seems to pose a bit of a safety concern. It would have also been nice to open the door to let in some natural air. The gym is small, especially with others in there. The pool area was acceptable, though finding chair mats and towels was largely self-service. Many of the towels, in both the pool area and bathroom, were torn and appear to be well-used. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, offering a good variety of fresh hot and cold options. The location was also convenient enough, with Sukhumvit just a short walk away, and several restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby.

I stayed at The Quarter Phrom Phong by UHG and was quite underwhelmed. The location is definitely a plus, right next to a 7-Eleven and relatively close to Phrom Phong BTS, but the hotel itself feels rather cheap. There was a strange smell in the room, and the overall look and feel was not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There is no wardrobe or proper storage space in the room, and the balcony is locked, which makes the room feel even less comfortable. The hallway also looks a bit cheap and the whole hotel is quite small. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and the minibar is well stocked and inexpensive, but overall it does not live up to a real 4-star standard.

The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Location is perfect — Will definitely come back! 🥰

Spacious and clean room, but not enough space to put clothes. Would be better if the gym open from 6 am instead of 7.30.
