Artino Hotel in Bangkok

Please change the supplier of your body/hair shampoo, the current ones feel and smell like from the 90s. Housekeeping need to do better to get rid of the black mold in bathroom. Water pressure must be improved. Please clean the glass wall/window...its an eyesore. Otherwise a perfect hotel in a perfect location. Will stay again if the price is right.

A very nice hotel. It was quiet throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with shopping centers, a park, a metro station, and lots of cafes nearby.

Following an extended stay and a room change, but still on the same floor, this is definitely my favorite boutique hotel in Silom. It's super well-located, close to everything, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The room is spacious and clean. I stayed there for 7 nights, it was comfortable and the service they provided was great. The staff is kind and willing to help. I didn't realise that I forgot to pack my own pillows after I checked out the room, so they kept the pillow and gave it back to me! As my office was just located right beside them!! Thank you very much!! I will definitely come back here again next time I come to Bangkok!!

Possibly the most thoughtful and impressive hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’m only on day two of a four-night stay, but the staff continue to exceed all expectations.

First — I arrived early and went out to explore the neighborhood, not expecting anything, but came back to find my luggage already placed neatly in my room. Such a pleasant surprise.

Second — when housekeeping cleaned the room, they noticed I’d finished the bottled water from the fridge. Without me saying a word, they replaced it with a new one — one inside the fridge (as I prefer), and one outside. That level of attention to detail is rare.

Third — we ordered food online and asked the front desk if they’d be okay helping bring it up. Not only did the receptionist say yes without hesitation, she also brought plates and cutlery to our room. I once stayed at a well-known hotel where they actually charged extra just to bring a spoon for outside food!

Fourth — we mentioned in passing that the fridge didn’t feel very cold. Within minutes, a staff member came to check, and shortly after, she returned with a colleague and a fully-functioned fridge. They swapped it out and set everything up right then and there.

The level of care and attentiveness here is genuinely next-level. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok. 👍🏽👍🏽

Location was a 2 minute walk from Silom Road. Kind and efficient service at the front desk. Rooms had clean sheets and towels, but corners of the room were a bit dirty. Room itself was spacious, and bed was a medium firmess- super comfortable!
