Great place. 5 mins walk to BTS, 711 and cafes nearby, big rooms.

Little noisy. Clean n nicely maintained rooms. It is a studio apartment with all basic facilities.

The room was a mess, absolutely no hygiene. Couldn't change anything, clean anything, get a refund, or switch rooms... Definitely do NOT book this hotel.

Done a review for first night stayed on two more nights but sadly things detiorated
Didn't clean our room last night
Left water and coffee on the door handle , I said they can just change the towels empty the bins at the reception but she didn't understand
Pool not cleaned old tissues every where
And I asked for some change at reception no have was the reply that's basic all hotels should have a petty cash box

Aircon was so noisy had terrible sleeps during my stay even though asked to change the room but was not allowed as none of the rooms were said to be available. Otherwise okay if you don’t have any complaints with noisy air-conditioner

Air conditioning worked badly, it didnt cool down enough and the bedroom one had a timer and every hour turned off, we asked house keeping to fix it and they tried but the timer got activated again. The room space is good, the water was always warm even tho they mentioned it doesnt work 24/7. They have kitchenette but it was pointless as there wasnt cutterly, plates or even microwave, microwave was available downstairs. The gym was pretty bad and hot. The swimming pool was nice. BTS was close, 5 min walking but accessing there was dangerous because of the cars.

The front desk staff weren't very cheerful. The lights in the living area of the room weren't working. It's a bit old, but good value for the price of just over a thousand baht. It's close to the main road, making it convenient for travel. I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

It is located near iconsiam. However, there were some problems when we checked in. The staff assigned us to a room that was not clean.

The hotel is decent, the location is far from downtown but train station is near, the location of the hotel is by the street therefore you can't sleep at night due to cars noise, room service need to be improved, in other words you get what you pay for

This is the outside view of the hotel. Near Icon Siam, Asiatique and other tourist spots nearby. Perfect place to stay with your family and friends.

Food is so delicious here. Tried the Kway Teow Gua Gai (stir fried flat noodle wth chicken /pork shrimp) and Big prawn pad thai, prawn cakes and the coffee and match latte. The matcha latte was one of the best I have ever tried before. Creamy and perfect blend of matcha which is not sweet at all. Food was very very good. Better than some of the famous street stalls I’ve tried before. Super friendly service from the in-house manager P’ Pond, who despite being short staffed was still so polite and friendly and tried her best to serve us! Do try the food here - was blown away by the quality!

The staff was fantastic- the food unremarkable. I would completely recommend this place as a great hostel, but as a restaurant- choy-choy (so-so). At 50% off via eatigo app, it was a good deal. I had pad-thai gung (the shrimp were big! But the sauce- savory but too sweet) fried squid (need to add seasoning to your crumbs!) and a spicy chicken wrap- pretty good. I was hungry : ) total 195baht ($6.50 USD) They serve some farang food here including breakfast- so good for that. I cannot recommend enough the hostel, but the restaurant- ok is honest. It is near where I live, so maybe I'll try the restaurant again. But the hostel/rooms- GREAT.

Decorating the first lounge with old classics fashion of the clock, the book shelf. We ordered breaky for three and it’s so Thai food. We liked it very much. The room upstairs is brand new and clean with private and dormitory too. It’s good for multi travelers to choose. The place is closed to centre which big Icon Siam, Takashimaya...

Very clean, great hospitality and the rooms are excellent considering the price. Access to the sky train is also good. All in all a fantastic stay!
