This hotel offers a fantastic location … but even more a superb service- all the hotel staff go above and beyond- this is now our fourth time staying at this hotel and it never fails to deliver!

Riva Surya Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless and noticeably larger than most we've stayed in across Asia, which was a welcome surprise. The location is fantastic, and the service throughout our stay was excellent from start to finish.
We were very impressed with the food. Watching the dinner cruise boats and water taxis with the stunning suspension bridge as a backdrop was very entertaining.It added a truly special atmosphere to our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Riva Surya and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We staid for a few days Riva Surya in November and had a great experience. Staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. We had a view of the river from our room and found the location of the hotel to be convenient to many restaurants, coffee shops, vendors and street food on Soi Rambuttri. It was walking distance to several sites.

A very nice boutique hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. We had a room with a balcony and a river view. The room is spacious enough and clean. Comfortable beds with a choice of 3 types of pillows. The staff is smiling and very helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Riva Surya (river view room with balcony). Family holiday, 2 adults 1 child (12 years old). We booked a trundle for our son too. The staff are phenomenal. We booked through Booking.com and their communication via the booking.com app was great. Easily booked the trundle and airport transfer (1500TBH for 3 of us, a van is 2000) which was so great for us as we arrived in BKK late night for us due to time difference. The info on where to meet the transfer people was clear and the car was waiting and ready for us to jump in (in the car within 30 seconds). The room was lovely and check in was quick. Staff took us up to our room, showed us the amenities and then we had a late dinner at the restaurant onsite. The pool is lovely too with ample room. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for money, I would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a wonderful team they have! Everyone was so attentive, respectful, and genuinely there to help with anything you need — not just front desk staff, but truly caring people ready to assist you in any way.
I really appreciate all the work they do and can’t wait to come back to such a positive and welcoming place!
The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and they even provided water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon. We got a standard king bed room and it was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and we liked the balcony. The pool is really nice as well and staff were very helpful. We loved the location because its in a quieter area of bkk but still easy to get around. My only complaint is that since our room was facing the street, we could hear the bar across the street at night so if I come back I'll book a room facing the river. Highly recommend!

An excellent hotel right by the river. It's a little dated, but it's very clean and the staff are pleasant. A big plus is its proximity to a pier, offering convenient river boat transport for exploring the city.
