The most attentive & accomodating hosts we have ever had. Couldn't recommend staying here more. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The whole place was clean and tidy. Free drinking water and lending us reusable drinking bottles was a nice touch. Advice and help about things to do & places to see whenever we needed it. Best place to stay in Bangkok!

Absolutely loved it here! My mom & I only stayed one night but I would have stayed longer if I could have! Aom (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) helped us out from the moment we stepped out of our taxi to the moment we left. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet except for street noise but that was expected. Real easy to block out noise with earplugs. There was an amazing food vendor literally 1 minute away (walking) that was very cheap! Highly recommend this place. If I ever come back to Bangkok, I will be staying again.

We have been traveling for almost 4 months now and we really have to say: The hosts of Post Factory are the best we've ever met! They are very kind, helpful and know the best places to visit in Bangkok. Whenever we needed something the hosts were there to help us. They made us feel at home.
The accommodation is next to BRT Station, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the skytrain and from there 2 stops to the central pier. The hotel is completely new and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We could choose between Thai and European breakfast, the Thai was the best.
