The front desk staff provided sincere service, and the hotel environment was simple and clean. However, due to potential work demands, the housekeeping team may have overlooked replenishing personal amenities such as toothbrushes and combs. It would be preferable to have an extra roll of toilet paper available as a backup.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet yet convenient. It's on a small street, but you're on the main road in just 30 meters. Turn right for 7-Eleven, and turn left for the Siam shopping district skywalk. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, which was really helpful. The air conditioning worked well, and there's a swimming pool where kids were playing. The service was very attentive, and overall, it was a good experience. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn't even give half a star if I could. There was no hot water at all, 24/7. Even though the weather was warm, we couldn't give our baby a cold shower, could we? I spoke to a chubby guy at the front desk, but he offered no solutions. He just kept saying, "That's how our hotel is. Small hotels can't help it. When there are too many people, there's no hot water." I was honestly shocked. If you can't even provide basic hot water, why bother running a hotel?

Service: Absolutely terrible.

Hygiene: The bathroom was incredibly dirty; the drain hadn't been cleaned at all.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. There's also a pool, which I went to for a few laps – it was really fun!
The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating to all my requests.
The location is super convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby. If you need breakfast, there's a coffee shop right next door.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's officially a 3-star, but easily feels like a 4-star. It's a small place, only 4 floors, very quiet, peaceful, and has a boutique feel. Tucked away in an alley, so it's very tranquil. The interior is stylish and minimalist, with clean and spacious rooms. Housekeeping is daily. The location is super convenient, close to the National Stadium BTS station and Siam. The only downside is no breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. If I visit Bangkok again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

Weird place to stay. No drawers or wardrobe in rooms. Front staff were not that friendly and gave no advice or information about the hotel unless you asked. Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. Pool is lovely but doesn't have handrails so I fell getting out due to the big steps. However, great location for MBK, Siam Paragon etc.

Very impressed! The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the mall, convenient, and easy to get around.

Service was great, they made accommodations to our room type which we really appreciate. Location is also on point and hotel is not too deep into alley so it’s really close to station. Room is also quiet, clean and spacious, comfy beds though pillow a tad flat.

We paid $180 usd for 3 nights and this is just fantastic value!!
