For me this hotel is 100 out of 10 rating 😁

The property is spotless clean, beautifully decorated. The rooms are breathtaking, with everything you can dream of.

The real wow factor though is the staff and food.

The staff is absolutely fantastic on every corner of the hotel. I wish I was taking notes of names (even though I never do it), because these people would deserve an amazing personal feedback as well. Everyone from the minute we arrived downstairs, were incredibly professional (this is something we lacked in another high-end Bangkok/Thailand hotels). Be it porters, receptionists, the restaurant staff everyone felt like they’re delivering 150% of what’s humanly possible!

To highlight some of them:
- the reception staff was extremely friendly, helpful and as the first impression, we felt like we’re home already
- then we decided to try the Italian restaurant and OMG do I want to go back! The lady who served us that night went over and beyond, providing a service that’s better than some Michelin-starred restaurants - I wish I remembered the name. Then Chef Alessio came up personally to check up on us and to see if there’s anything he can do to make our experience even better - but all I wanted at that stage was to try more and more 😂

Please keep this standard up. If you don’t get a Michelin star with this quality, I’d be very annoyed at the tyre maker 😂

I love providing balanced reviews, so I kept thinking really hard about the things we didn’t like…. But no matter how hard I try… I can’t come up with a single thing - not even if I try to nitpick….

Please please please keep this up. It’s so hard to find real excellence in this industry, but you’re doing it!

PS: Note to other travellers - I know that it’s hard to trust feedback in Thailand since negative reviews are illegal, but trust me on this one - this one is real 😂

We chose Park Hyatt Bangkok for our short getaway this time and we’re very impressed with this property.

At arrival, we were greeted by several hotel staff members, who immediately made us feel at home. The property is impeccable, and the room is cozy and classy. Despite an ongoing renovation, we did not experience any noise or disturbance.

We would like to especially thank Billy for his professionalism and hospitality. He ensured that our stay is pleasant and our needs are met.

Thank you once again and we hope to return soon.

Have stayed at 3 Park Hyatt’s during a SE Asia trip. And the Bangkok one had the most luxurious and comfortable room. Best view of the 3 as well. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Their pool is awesome! Best of the 3 Park Hyatt’s and personally rated as my “No. 1 urban pool”. I’m a swimmer and appreciate a pool you can also do laps in, in addition to having a great view.

This is the first time I stayed at the Park Hyatt Bangkok. The staff are all excellent, good breakfast, great location.

We spent a week at Park Hyatt Bangkok and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were fantastic — consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Guest Experience Manager Angie, who was a true gem. Her thoughtful care and personal attention made our stay even more memorable.

The facilities are top-notch, with one of the best outdoor pools I’ve experienced in any city hotel — a true urban oasis. Breakfast and food across the property were excellent, with high-quality offerings and great variety. The central location is perfect for exploring Bangkok, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and private.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Bangkok.

Great location! Very central to main shopping area.
Many nearby places for breakfast too if you are not having breakfast at the hotel.

Excellent location right next to BTS and Ploenchit and Central Embassy shopping Mall. Great services and friendly staff.

It was good. The location is great. However as a frequent resident at Park Hyatt all over the world, there was no special treatment for this stay.

Very nice rooms and public area. Located in best location for shopping. Service was very good.

New hotel so the amenities and facilities are top notch. Location is the best, close to BTS and Central Embassy.

They don't have a sauna or cold plunge pool and only has a warm plunge pool and steam room.
