Food is great if you stay for only 2–3 days, as they serve a repetitive menu daily.

The location is the only saving grace of this hotel. The WiFi is virtually non existent. The building undergoing some renovation. However basic facilities are not there. A kettle is provided but no sockets in the vicinity. How to boil water? Cleanliness was ok but not great.

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is one of Bangkok’s older establishments, but unfortunately its age shows in a rather disappointing way. The facilities appear poorly maintained, with worn-out beds, dated furniture, and visibly deteriorating sofas. The bathroom fittings are equally outdated and lack proper upkeep, giving an overall impression of neglect. The breakfast served at the restaurant is very basic, offering limited variety and little appeal. Leisure amenities are minimal and hardly worth mentioning. The only redeeming aspect of the stay is the staff, who remain polite and generally pleasant, providing a modest sense of hospitality despite the otherwise underwhelming experience.

The rooms are clean, location was great because everything is around the hotel like shopping clothes on the streets, convenient in finding food as well.

The room's huge and clean. The city view and sunset from the room's window was awesome. I will definitely book here again. I just hope, they have a long curtain to cover all the window including the one beside the AC.

Old and not upgraded property. Cockroach in the room. Room smells, water seeps through the tiles in the bathroom. Worn out towels.

Good view but wifi , air con had many issues. Made us stay in the room for an hour on a day just for them to fix the air con . Waste of time

It has a splendid restaurant for breakfast on 43th floor with views on Bangkok. That and spaciousness of the rooms are the biggest pluses of this hotel.
Breakfast is not quite tasty but sports a moderate choice.
What makes me lower the amenities rating here is the unacceptable state of the WiFi. Logging in is required every time we connect, and that works very slowly, like 10 minutes to connect, and sometimes does not work at all.
