+ Everything was fine. Room cleaning is every day. Good district, True Digital Park is only 5 minutes of walking. Staff is helpful and pleasant. We didn't have any issues with this booking

We had a travel mishap and ended up at the Olive Hotel for an extra night in Bangkok. Dan went above and beyond to help my family in a challenging time and we will be ever thankful! Thank you, Dan!!

Our room was comfortable and it gave us a chance to stop and reset. The rooftop pool was refreshing, we wished we had more time to spend there!

The apartment facilities are old, and the aging of electrical appliances leads to high water and electricity usage. The deposit cannot be refunded in cash, but can only be transferred or checked, which means you must open a local bank account, which is very troublesome.

Clean and spacious rooms, however internet is very slow and staff is uncooperative. They charged me extra amount for a whole new towel claiming that I had damaged the towel and it was not cleanable anymore when it was not the case at all! They had put the towel on floor instead of having a dedicated floor mat outside washroom. Seems like a lowly way of extracting some extra bahts from the, "farangs".

Rooms were big, new and clean, breakfast was not so good. Some Staff's tratment was good but some were not so friendly. The hotel was calm and quiet. Minibar was not available. Location of the hotel is so much bad. Shuttle to bitec and shopping centers would be an option to attract more customers.

Apartments very good but lack of maintenance at least in my sliding door to the terrace so much noise coming in. Internet very bad.

Hotel hardware is old and some is broken without maintenance, water pressure is poor and no provide hot water... service people have no smile, only the breakfast is ok, but don't have too many imagination, it just cheap and near BTS, never come back.

Nice hotel; just 10 minutes walk from nearest BTS (elevated train) station. Their suites are nice, and the restaurant is very reasonable.
