This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed it. It’s very beautiful, super peaceful and quiet and the staff are lovely. The gym is massive, bigger than some actual gyms and the place is very well maintained and clean. Very secure and locked up at night with big gates. We had an amazing stay and will be back. The pool area is excellent and plenty of space to relax and even work.

The location is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is getting aged and older and the rooms are in need of modernizing. There were some repairs which the staff were slow to attending to. Overall, it is a good stay, but there are many more great options for the same price.

Bad exp for the check out. Staff already call one day in advance to confirm check out time. But still call to reconfirm in the morning again!

After staying many times in Bangkok, this time I have made a change to Marriot Executive apartments. Luckily I got an upgrade during check in to a 100 sqm apartment on the 20th floor. This is a great hotel with great service. Entrance not as impressive as in other hotels but the focus is on the rooms which are absolutely great. And the service... and the friendliest staff... and an excellent breakfast...

We have had a wonderful stay so far. The staff is AMAZING! They have been here for every request and made us feel welcome and at home. The food (breakfast especially!) is on-point. Excellent service, but when I made the reservation, I requested a room with a walk-in shower, and that never got to the on-site staff. The breakfast was also very nice; unfortunately, I did not have much time to enjoy it because of an early appointment. 2025-06-30, 2:30pm request taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport. The taxi driver drive me Wrong direction to Nana BTS station cause it is heavy traffic jam. I shout and yell and then taxi driver request me to guide him to airport. It takes me 1hour and 30min to airport. Please don’t let this taxi driver as Marriott hotel partner.

It was just okay. The room was a bit dim. I arrived past 1 AM after my flight. They charged a 400 RMB deposit. I asked if I could have a late checkout, and the night shift said yes, but the morning shift said no. Luckily, they didn't charge me an extra fee for staying past checkout time.

It's an older hotel, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The carpet also had a strong odor.

Great for families, with a large and small bed. The downside is the inconvenient location, far from the subway. The area is full of Chinese restaurants, making it feel like a hotel primarily catering to Chinese tour groups. Definitely not a five-star. The lobby was a bit dirty and cluttered.

The room was spacious and tidy. For just over 300 [currency, e.g., Yuan], it came with a pool and a breakfast buffet, plus complimentary oolong tea and coffee sachets in the room. The value for money is unbeatable! The only downside is that the transportation isn't very convenient, as there's no subway station nearby.
