The gym is very well equipped. The service is excellent. The food is wide spread.
This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Bangkok, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable.
The hotel kindly upgraded us to the Royal Suite, the biggest room in the hotel. It was stunning and spacious, and it made our celebration feel even more special.
A very special thank you...
Facilities: Overall pretty good, just too short a stay to experience everything.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Convenient for shopping and transportation, beautiful surroundings with lots of great food nearby.
Service: The staff were very friendly.
The snacks in the room weren't clearly labeled, so my colleague thought they all had to be paid for! 😝😝😝
The hotel's location is very convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful. Among the hotels in this area, the value for money is quite good. However, the room we were given faced the road, and even on a high floor, the soundproofing at night wasn't great, so it was a bit noisy.
Good location, close to shopping, staff service is good, but the small thing in the room should be fixed. One of the cabinet doors can't be opened, I think it's broken, it's closed with a screw. I advise.
Centrally located, making shopping and getting around very convenient. Although the hotel room is in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night, and the bed is very comfortable. The service is excellent too. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Five-star rating!

Very good location. Direct connection to BTS. Breakfast was good. Will come back again.
Location was very fantastic as it was right next to Onut BTS station. This hotel was linked to an eatery mall and even had a bridge connecting to Lotus Hypermarket. That’s a win. The frontline staff Ms Pui was very accommodating as to grant us complimentary late check out. Really appreciate it as our flight was rescheduled to late evening. During check in, another frontline staff (I didn’t jot down...
The location of the hotel is very convenient. When you walk into the hotel check in, the personnel are very polite. The hotel room is clean and fully equipped. The breakfast buffet of the hotel can be tried, which is still good. There are night markets and shopping malls nearby. I stayed for 5 nights in a row. It is very good. I will come again next time
It was a pretty good stay. The food was okay. The location is awesome because it's right next to the shopping mall and BTS, so it's super easy to get around.
The room was just right for two people. It's in Bangkok and very clean. The location is convenient, with direct access to the MRT station. There's an authentic night market downstairs. It's about 7-8 MRT stops from Siam, and getting a taxi to the airport is quite easy if there's no traffic.
Good location just right at on nut bts station connected to century mall. Breakfast has a good collection. Bed was comfy. Would stay again

Nice hotel near the river, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Fantastic, you can really feel the dedication in their service. All the staff at this hotel are incredibly polite and always smiling!
Even though it's an older hotel, I absolutely adore its classic, opulent charm, and it's exceptionally well-maintained. They even upgraded our room and offered turn-down service because it was our anniversary.
The hotel pool is amazing and gives off a great resort...
Facilities: A bit dated, but acceptable.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Environment: Has a tropical vibe.
Charming and old-fashioned, but the facilities are a bit dated. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of fresh paint from renovations, which made us dizzy. However, they did help us switch rooms in the end, which was good. If you like a vintage style, you'll enjoy staying here. There are many rooms available, and the price is moderate.
Beautiful resort, fantastic service, and plenty of options for restaurants. The breakfast is also a worthy add on. The staff are welcoming and attentive. They allow use of facilities if your flight is a bit later in the day which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend staying here, you can easily enjoy your stay by not leaving the resort and when you do, they have boat shuttle service to sathorn...
I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! Also super close to the BTS so perfect to explore the city from here. Many restaurants around the area and close to the 2 very big shopping malls.
stay for my husband birthday. We had upgraded room, small gift and cake. Staff are friendly. Hotel new and rooftop bar view amazing. Breakfast complimentary if book through hotel site. Location excellent. Close to bts , shopping center. We enjoyed our stay.
Amazing stay with a perfect location at Skyview Bangkok. Just a few steps (next to) EMDISTRICT huge shopping malls await. We stay in Skyview executive suite where it is very accommodating for a family of fours. The pool is nice with breathtaking bangkok skyline. Breakfast variety choice is good. Love it here
Perfect in every sense and terms!
This hotel is located in the centre of Bangkok providing sights and scenes that one must not miss.

We’ve stayed here twice now and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable and a little hard to leave in the morning.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help.
The roof top bar is pretty cool, the Bangkok night skyline is stunning.
The breakfast isn’t great here, so I would suggest heading out somewhere local or on your travels.
I treated myself to one night here whilst travelling and I was super disappointed after all the money spent on it! The room / bathroom was nice and spacious and bed was so comfy but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working so I was hot all night. The air con also leaked all night over my large rucksack. The hotel is nice and beautiful but very far from downtown and the area is not active
The hotel environment is really nice. Lying in the hammock at night with a breeze blowing was very pleasant. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the lawn, and a little cat at the entrance that would 'mug' everyone, meowing at anyone who passed by. The room was okay and the view was beautiful, but I wasn't a big fan of the room's scent and it felt a bit damp. What really bothered me, though, was the service! The staff at this hotel have some serious discriminatory behavior! At check-in, the staff member said check-out time was 11 AM. I didn't think much of it at the time, just found it odd since all the other hotels I've stayed at have a 12 PM...
An absolutely perfect experience! The hotel's design is top-notch, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bathroom experience was excellent – they provide a full set of toiletries with a subtle herbal scent. The only downsides were the construction view outside the window and the slightly inconvenient public transportation access.
Third time staying here. Will definitely stay again in the future.
Fantastic staff and service. Pet friendly hotel. Free shuttle to Chitlom station available
Great respite in a busy city. Totally dog-friendly, which is why we chose it. Amazing breakfasts and service. Free parking.Lifts get quite busy during certain hours, so guests need a bit more patience.
I've been to Bangkok many times and stayed in quite a few hotels, and this one has to be the best value for money in the mid-to-high range. It's about a ten-minute walk from Erawan Shrine, but it's not right on the main road or next to the BTS, so it's not noisy – a real urban oasis. Plus, there's a small mall right next to the hotel with about a dozen restaurants that offer good service. The hotel...

Stayed for 7 nights, spent over 8,000 RMB. The room was small, the facilities were old, and the details were just terrible – it felt so dated. The noise from the BTS and tuk-tuks outside the room was incredibly loud.

Just finished my stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, and I'm extremely satisfied – definitely a five-star review!

This place is incredibly rundown and old. The shower drain was clogged, so the water kept backing up. I thought I'd just stand in the tub to shower, but when I pulled the tub stopper, water from the pipes surged up from below. It was absolutely disgusting!
Nice hotel, gym is not huge but it’s correct. Good location.
This was my second time staying at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. I had just settled into my room and was about to relax when I noticed a large, rather disgusting stain on the bedsheet. The location is great, right at the intersection of two subway lines. There are malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, and a night market nearby, making it convenient to get to any attraction. 9/10. Very good location. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.
Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly
Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.
One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

This is a long-established business hotel with a high-ceiling lobby and a classic central elevator design. The Christmas decorations were well done and created a pleasant festive atmosphere, making the lobby visually impressive and suitable for photos. Public areas are spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are elegantly decorated. The service was excellent, especially the hotel's garden restaurant, which was truly unique. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many incredibly fresh tropical fruits. Definitely worth recommending.
The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get around. The ambiance is unique, with a rainforest theme.
However, it seems the hotel might be a bit old. While the facilities are well-maintained, they are dated, with almost no smart devices. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and the curtains and toilet are all manual. For nearly two thousand [currency], I think there's room for improvement

The room is indeed very spacious, and the location is convenient with two 7-Elevens right outside. The only minor drawback was the New Year's pool party, which was a bit underwhelming and felt a bit like a forced consumption event.

The service was really warm and welcoming, and the location is fantastic – just a 5-minute boat ride to ICONSIAM. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's perfect for anyone who appreciates old-money charm.
This hotel has that old-money, classic charm. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great too. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, though the shower water was a bit too hot for my liking.
This was my second stay at the Peninsula Bangkok. While the room facilities felt a bit dated, the service was as warm and friendly as ever, and the breakfast quality was excellent. It's only a five-minute walk to Iconsiam, but getting to other parts of the city was quite congested, making it not very convenient.
Loved it here! I also compared it to the Four Seasons, and while the Four Seasons' lobby has a more artistic feel, I think The Peninsula wins hands down in every other aspect, especially the pool.
Exceeded expectations! The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, next to ICONSIAM, and has its own shuttle boat to nearby piers. Although the decor is a bit older, everything is well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is incredibly attentive; they tidied the room and refilled ice and fruit regularly. They replied promptly to my emails, assisted me in arranging a professional hair and makeup team for a wedding, and helped with restaurant reservations and various requests throughout my stay. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional...
Had a fantastic experience! The staff at Four Seasons are incredibly professional. I was offered a welcome drink upon check-in and a farewell dessert when checking out. Such thoughtful touches! The turndown service was also excellent.
Great location, and the hotel generally feels new with modern facilities. The service is very attentive too, so the higher price is understandable. Definitely recommended!
Four Seasons remains the gold standard for service. The hygiene is top-notch, and the turndown service always offers delightful surprises. Traveling with kids, the extra bed was incredibly convenient. We received a puzzle as a welcome gift, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. They even replenished our welcome fruit after we finished it. My only slight personal observation, which I've noticed...
Thanks to Elaine's assistance, this hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world's best. Everything was perfect. This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Bangkok.
The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River delivers an exceptional stay from start to finish. The interiors are impeccable—refined, modern, and thoughtfully designed at every turn. Service is consistently outstanding, with staff anticipating needs and providing warm, attentive care throughout the experience.
A highlight was BKK Social Club, where the atmosphere is vibrant yet sophisticated...

Found 2 little cockroaches upon arrival. Reported it to the front desk, they mentioned they will send housekeeping to deep clean the room, if still not working, they would work something out since they were quite full.
Housekeeping came just to lightly mop the room and picked up the dead cockroaches on the living room. Bedroom & toilet, nothing whatsoever. Thats the deep cleaning.
Sofa full of stain...
Hotel was ok first two days. After 3rd day, became utterly disappointed. Nothing much to say. Just would not stay there again.
It was good but they need to have Fragrant in each floor especially 28th. The smell is very bad in corridor
The 2 bedrooms are really big but the furnitures are really old & the shower is broken but is worth compared to with the price
The room is a little old, the policy is not flexible, the service attitude is very good, and it is not very convenient to take a taxi around.
The room is big, a lot of spaces for 4 people. All the things already ages but are clean. Service is good, every staff is helpful and polite.
