Comfortable and beautiful hotel located by the Riverside. Service was great, from the moment you step out of the car there will be someone taking care of you. Only downside is the location is not the most convenient.
Our stay was great, they have fulfilled our request and the staff are attentive and walkable to Asiatique is a plus
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Even though it was quite busy, the staff's attitude was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the pool and the Mekong River right outside the window. The pool area downstairs is lovely, and there's a bar and a wine bistro right next to it. Breakfast is served in two separate areas. The best part is being able to take a boat from the hotel...
Such a charming hotel! I really loved the decor of the room; so many thoughtful little touches. Next time I visit, I definitely want to try out the spa. The hotel is right on the Mekong River and offers a boat shuttle to places like Iconsiam. They also have various experiences available that I'm looking forward to trying on my next stay.
Lovely hotel with private pier and free shuttle boat to BTS and Iconsiam, great choice to escape from the city, spend time with loved ones by the pool, spa and a few restaurant options to choose from. Room is of modern design and equipped with everything you need.
The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, offering a beautiful environment and stunning river views that really evoke a vacation vibe. The room design is very new and stylish with a distinct Thai flair, incredibly clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail is excellent – perfect for taking photos 📸. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels youthful and design-focused, not like a...

I stay here quite often multiple times a year as I have family in the building. I will tell you that the staff is very dedicated to keeping the property clean and sanitary and always at peak performance. I use the pool daily and I'll tell you it's one of the nicest cleanest pools I've ever been in. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I say go for it.
President Park Park View Towers is an established building that reflects classic architecture and charm. While it may be an older structure, it offers spacious living areas and a sense of history that many residents appreciate. Located in a convenient area, it provides easy access to local amenities, making it a practical choice for those who value both comfort and accessibility in their living space
I've lived here since 1999 and I'm glad it has been improving since. Just hope the Capitol Club comes back soon!
Great place. Plenty of facilities for kids & adults ie tennis, squash, pools, playground, café. Common areas recently renovated. Multiple roads to access the property. Good & friendly community of residents and staffs.
I lived there for four years of my life. From 8 till 12 years old. My childhood memories 2002-2006
I'm happy living here, It's perfect place for my furry babe girl. It's pet friendly condo where the project provide pet area separately with hooman area. This is such a paradise place for pet-owner, can't ask for more!

The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was quite mediocre. However, the room service staff were very friendly and helpful.
The service was great! You can even have food delivered right to your room. The location near Central World is quite convenient. When I checked in, the hotel staff knew I had a late flight and proactively offered a late check-out, which was really thoughtful.
Exceeded expectations! From the moment we walked in, the concierge provided warm and welcoming service. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and tidy, and the turndown service and other room services were all excellent. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally good, making this the best hotel I've stayed in in the past two years. The location is very convenient, with direct access to the BTS...
The location is decent, not as close to Central World as some other hotels, but the price is reasonable, offering good value for money. Check-in was one-on-one, but incredibly slow. I waited over an hour, arriving around 3 PM and not getting into my room until 5 PM. They did offer drinks and the staff were very polite, but the process was just so slow. Room cleaning was excellent on the first day,...
The location was off, and there was a golf course right at the entrance. Bangkok's traffic is just too congested!

For me this hotel is 100 out of 10 rating 😁 The property is spotless clean, beautifully decorated. The rooms are breathtaking, with everything you can dream of. The real wow factor though is the staff and food. The staff is absolutely fantastic on every corner of the hotel. I wish I was taking notes of names (even though I never do it), because these people would deserve an amazing personal feedback...
We chose Park Hyatt Bangkok for our short getaway this time and we’re very impressed with this property. At arrival, we were greeted by several hotel staff members, who immediately made us feel at home. The property is impeccable, and the room is cozy and classy. Despite an ongoing renovation, we did not experience any noise or disturbance. We would like to especially thank Billy for his professionalism...
Have stayed at 3 Park Hyatt’s during a SE Asia trip. And the Bangkok one had the most luxurious and comfortable room. Best view of the 3 as well. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Their pool is awesome! Best of the 3 Park Hyatt’s and personally rated as my “No. 1 urban pool”. I’m a swimmer and appreciate a pool you can also do laps in, in addition to having a great view.
This is the first time I stayed at the Park Hyatt Bangkok. The staff are all excellent, good breakfast, great location.
We spent a week at Park Hyatt Bangkok and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Perfect location for shoppers! It's just a few steps away from the BTS National Stadium and within walking distance of MBK and Siam Paragon. You can't miss the breakfast—it is absolutely delicious. The only issue I had was that the bathtub drained very slowly. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Bangkok again.
This hotel is just astounding. We are very frequent travelers around the world and stopped in Bangkok for a 2 day stopover and this hotel is one of the highlights of our trip It's brand new, rooms are very spacious and modern, the stuff os genuinely very, very, very friendly. The location is near subway and mall-cluster of Bangkok downtown I would like to especially point out breakfast. It got...
Excellent location that's opposite is MBK, easily excess by walking or BTS to Siam Square, POP MART. Nice paradise Taan !
When checking in, the hotel staff told us they'd upgraded us to a suite on the 10th floor for free. However, the front desk did mention the room wouldn't have a scenic window. My main requirement for a room is quietness, and since it was just an overnight stay, I accepted it. In the morning, I noticed renovations next door, but we were already up early so it didn't bother us. So, if you're told you...
The hotel was amazing I love the room. Staff were very friendly. And I love the surrounding. I stayed there because of the concert.
Lovely stay at this hotel. It is close to MBK and Siam malls as well as being easily accessible to the BTS. Breakfast had lots of choice. The room is clean and the decor of the hotel is great. Slightly confused by the lighting within the room and how it works, but didn’t affect our stay. The rooftop bar and views are amazing. Would recommend and stay again!

Our family suite was great, spacious, comfortable, kids love the bathtub. Only complaint I have is the bathroom tile can get slippery which is not great for elderly. We liked the gym facility - very well equipped. Location was okay if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the nearest BTS/shopping mall, we had no problem calling Grab to get to somewhere. The hotel shuttle to Central could be better...
Wonderful hotel!!!! We were upgraded to a two-room suite. The bed was excellent, the linens were snow-white. The breakfasts were beyond praise. The courtyard is cozy and has a pond. I highly recommend it.
Located in the heart of the city, yet it offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to fully rest and recharge. The staff were professional and friendly, and the room condition was excellent. I especially enjoyed the diverse and healthy menu options at the 'Nourish' restaurant for breakfast. The hotel is superb! It's a bit set back from the main streets, but it's very quiet. There's a large and beautiful shopping center nearby. The staff is very responsive to all requests. I really liked the fitness room, and the pool is nice and located in the garden. I recommend it!

Traveled with friends, and the environment was great – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. It was also incredibly convenient to get to all the shopping districts, definitely a thumbs-up! 👍 The hotel itself was quiet, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
The hotel has a great view, the pond scenery is beautiful, and the entire hotel is very photogenic. The breakfast quality is high and delicious. The service I experienced during my stay was good, and I would definitely come back again.
Facilities: Quite a lot of Thai character. Cleanliness: Acceptable, the room size is not big. Service: Not bad.
The environment is great, a true oasis in the city. The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is also quite good. The spa experience was just so-so, and it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station.
I've stayed at several hotels in Bangkok, including the Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Waldorf Astoria, and Park Hyatt. After this trip, the only one I'd eagerly rebook and return to is The Sukhothai. This hotel is truly an oasis in the city. You won't realize how popular it is until you check in – about 70% of the guests are Chinese tourists. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel's rooftop pool with its night view is definitely a highlight – the view is absolutely stunning! Overall this hotel is good and the location to MRT station around 100mtr away.
This place is alright, good location right by the subway and close to a park. There's also a large mall across the street.
Decent hotel, generally fine. English speaking concierge. Feels a little dated but clean. Just a short walk to One Bangkok mall via the MRT underpass. Free tea and ice water at the lobby was a nice touch. Heated pool at lv 9 of hotel.
Everyone should try to stay at the premier suite at least one night, there’s early express check in at 10am with all day free soft drinks, complimentary high tea set from 2pm. They even provide the bobble bath bomb so no need to call room service. But it took longer than 1 hour to fill up the whole bathtub. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, staying on a lower level means there is quite a bit of noise from the main traffic outside. I would advise light sleepers to request a room above level 12. The window blinds do not block out sunlight very well , I was awakened early by the sunlight shining directly onto my face, along with the noise from the main road (I stayed on level 7). That said...
Good value for money, but the facilities are not great. The showerhead was leaking – can't they replace it? It's an Indigo brand, after all... The location is prone to heavy traffic. It took us 20 minutes just to get out of the area on the way to the airport. Breakfast was quite average, to be honest, and not very tasty. My dad, who has a sensitive stomach, ended up with diarrhea that day, though...
The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. Water replenishment was prompt. The overall hotel environment is open-plan and well-ventilated. The balcony was a bit small. Housekeeping was fine, but the furniture looked a little dated.
Lovely and accommodating staff. The room we are staying has mould in the bathroom ceiling and in the shower, not sure if there is a ventilation system in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and overall is 4/5.

The reviews I read were correct. While nice, the hotel is showing its age and for the price, you're better off looking elsewhere if you're on a business trip. Outstanding hotel breakfast, even in 5 stars hotel level. I will say the breakfast at Waldorf is very great in town. The cook arranged all the meal with the very great effort. The service and ambiance are exceptional. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bangkok.
While the staff service and overall hospitality were excellent, there were some details that felt below the level expected of the Waldorf Astoria brand—for example, the ice was not replenished during turndown service. It would be appreciated if more thoughtful, detail-oriented touches were included to match the hotel’s reputation. Additionally, the room felt quite confined due to the view being blocked...

Very good location and great service are key for this hotel. The pool on the 37th floor is small, but very nice. The rooms and overall decor is a bit dated and should be refreshed. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok! 🏨 The room was huge and exactly my style. My only gripe was the restaurant – it was a bit disappointing. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room gets great natural light and has a well-designed layout. The bedding is super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special shout-out to the front desk service – check-in and check-out were both incredibly fast, professional, and courteous. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the quality...
Great pool, laidback propriety. The f&b offer isnt as good as opening period. But Ojo is the best mexican in town. Friendly service overal
The Room Is nice, but the breakfast service is very slow
This was my second stay in a year, and I was equally impressed. The design and overall quality remain top-notch. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in my 10+ visits to Bangkok—absolutely worth waking up for. Location is a huge plus—it's very convenient to the BTS, and you can easily avoid the crazy traffic along the main road around Siam and Chitlom. Will definitely be back for a third visit
The check in was fabulous, with a free upgrade based on my health condition. Much appreciate. During my stay, the front desk was responsive to my queries and made useful suggestions. Thanks for taking care of me. I will never forget the wonderful view I woke up to every morning!
Walking distance to BTS and restaurants, very good service.
