I heard this hotel was renovated in 2024, so I expected a certain standard. However, upon entering, it felt like a typical old-fashioned lobby hotel. I had booked a deluxe room with a bathtub and requested a king-size bed, but at check-in, the staff told me I was getting two single beds and no bathtub, which was quite disappointing. After I pushed back, within three minutes, they said they had a room...
Only one down negative side This hotel has hidden policy that you can't invite more than one registered guest during your entire stay If you want to have a different guest they will unfairly charge you 1500bht which doesn't make any common sense If the room is booked for to adults I believe I have the right to invite whom I want every single night regardless whatsoever Apart from that The hotel is...
They need a proper maintainance, hotel is old and there’s glass window needs a proper clean up since thats part of the deal, room with view, but the view is not visible due to dirty glass
Nicely located hotel with friendly staff, coffee shop in the lobby along with free welcome soft drinks
The place was very good. It was very luxurious, but the staff needs to be a little bit up to the park when it comes to hospitality service management.
Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. This was my second stay here. Very clean, great staff, pool area has limited sunbeds & took a while for us to get one but plenty of seating areas (we had 2 rest days in Bangkok before we moved to another city). Highly recommend

I love this hotel so much and have stayed here many times now and will continue to stay here. I think it is worth paying extra for the club lounge as the e food and drinks are very good. The rooftop bar is one of the best in Bangkok I believe and you get priority when staying at the hotel
Was there for a conference. The rooftop bar is amazing, magnificent view and friendly staffs
The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bar street and just two metro stops away. There's also a mall nearby with many Japanese stores. The service is great, and the breakfast is very good. It's suitable for both family trips and business travel.
we have very good stayed, everything is good for 3 of us. Big bed, good hospitallity, good location.
Booked a twin room for a family of three. The beds in this standard room are indeed quite large, but the facilities are old. The carpet looked dirty, and the toilet wasn't wiped clean. The non-smoking room also had a bit of an odor. Breakfast was decent, but due to the outdated facilities, I won't be returning.
The hotel is located in the Japanese quarter, which is a great location for getting around and finding places to eat and shop. The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering both Japanese and Western options. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Some of the staff are more polite than others. The location is excellent & I find the staff to be competent when dealing with minor issues. The internet could definitely be better so that I something to note if that is a non-negotiable for your stay.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and spacious. Has a great view of the city. Rooftop bar also has an incredible view.
I often book it there for my vacation. It’s good location, walking distance to shopping malls and skytrain. Good service and staff is helpful
The hotel's location is great, close to two main subway stations, Asoke and Sukhumvit. It's situated between Terminal 21 and EMSphere. Cowboy Street is just a few minutes away. There are tons of great food options just one or two subway stops or a short walk in any direction. However, the room's floor is quite noisy. I'd give the cleanliness a 9 out of 10; it was almost perfect, but the pipe under...
Best location! Room is fantastic.

Stayed at Le Meridien Bangkok and had a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the pool was beautiful with a great view. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
Overall below average. Further improvement required for Tempo lounge services
Compared to other Marriott hotels I've stayed at in different cities, this one was just okay. For someone like me with a moderate appetite, there was hardly anything I'd want to eat for breakfast. The price was a bit high, and the room was a little small. However, the surrounding area is quite convenient.
Location: Location is often the most critical factor when choosing a trip. To be honest, this Le Meridien isn't in the absolute heart of the main commercial district, but it's not far from Silom, Chulalongkorn, or the Siam shopping area. Considering the price, it's quite a good deal if you're not looking at the top-tier five-star hotels. The large window offers views of the iconic Pixel Building and...
The hotel's food is definitely a highlight; both breakfast and the executive lounge dinner were high quality and delicious. Our room had a direct view of Pixel Building, and the 6th-floor pool was great, although it closed a bit early.

Love this amazing hotel! Love their afternoon high tea. It's a great experience to stay with them! Good breakfast option also. There is a small supermarket and mall , it is quite convenient ! ;
Hotel is located in a quiet area. The room is big. The reception desk who assisted our check-in probvided us clear instruction and service was awesome. The kids club also took care of my both kids, they enjoyed very much an had a great time.
The environment is great, and the service is excellent. The cleaning staff even made various towel animals for the kids, which they loved!
This hotel is a must-stay for us every time we visit Bangkok. The facilities and service are consistently excellent, as always! The front desk staff even remember our names, which is a lovely touch. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Bangkok!
Simply awesome - an architectural masterpiece. Very attentive staff, a gorgeous room. Excellent restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. What could be improved: Sauna access should be free for guests, and the temperature inside needs to be raised to at least 90 degrees, otherwise it's hotter outside.

The room and bed were both really big, which is why I always choose Hilton. The location is super convenient too. Right outside, there's a row of excellent, cozy spas. Across the street, there's a huge mall where you can find pretty much any Thai brand you're looking for. And 7-Eleven? Forget about it, there's one every few steps. The BTS Skytrain station is also just a short walk away. All in all...
Everything you need is within walking distance: shopping malls, restaurants, massage parlors, bars, parks, and night markets. It's incredibly convenient. I stayed for several days, and the room was cleaned very promptly. I especially loved the spa downstairs; it was super relaxing.
Booked this for someone else, and they said it was pretty good. I might consider staying here next time I visit Thailand. It's quite nice. Facilities: All comprehensive, and the gym is well-equipped. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: Located in a central area. Service: Good, quite satisfied.
Chk in smooth w reception speaking perfect English n polite.
Great location, only a three-minute walk to the subway station. It's an older hotel, but the rooms are pretty well-maintained.
Semi-Modern and a strong reliable choice. The Hilton service lives up to its reputation, a comfortable stay to say the least. Stylish interiors and good facilities (pool, gym, dining) make it a solid choice for both business and leisure. Easy access to Emporium & EmQuartier offers a boutique shopping experience and a vibrant nightlife is within walking distance. Great value for a Sukhumvit stay.

Traveling with my family, the hotel service was exceptionally good. I'd say it's one of the best service hotels in Bangkok. Highly recommended!
The room condition was really excellent! It would be even better if the breakfast offered more variety. Its proximity to the Erawan Shrine, major shopping malls, and supermarkets makes it super convenient for shopping and dining. Getting to Suvarnabhumi Airport takes about 40 minutes, so the transportation is also fine.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The pool and bar are also great. Nowadays, hotel breakfast is a crucial factor for me when choosing a hotel, and their breakfast did not disappoint. It was very rich and varied. I left a tip on the bed with a note outlining my requests. When I returned, the tip was gone, but none of my requests were fulfilled (which were simply for two new pairs of slippers). Good location with great service mind.
I booked this hotel during the NCT Dream concert since it was the closest to the venue. However, it still required quite a long walk to Gate 5 (Gate 4 is closer but not accessible). One major downside is that the hotel charged almost 4 times the normal price during the concert period, which didn’t feel worth it. I also wouldn’t consider this a true 5-star hotel. Overall, it's a good hotel, but communication wasn't very smooth, and the cleanliness could be improved.

However, the room was spacious and comfortable, the kids' club staff were lovely, and the spa experience was great. The views from the window and the pool were beautiful, and the location was convenient.
The central air conditioning in the room was so loud it kept me up at night. The soundproofing on the windows also struggled to block out the motorcycle noise from outside. The hotel is well located, the room looks pretty and is spacious but after our first night we discovered two big cockroaches in our bedroom (it is pretty hot in Bangkok but still they should have pest control initiatives in place).
