I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in a panoramic room. I must say that the room itself is truly stunning and absolutely worth the money spent.
However, I was very disappointed with the service provided. This is a 5-star hotel, yet in many aspects it behaves more like a 4-star property.
To begin with, the thing I appreciated the least was finding a teddy bear placed on the bed with no note or price. Naturally, one assumes it is complimentary, which is very normal in a 5-star hotel. Instead, if you check the minibar price list, at the very bottom it states that the teddy bear is charged €15. It would be much more correct to place a note with the price next to the teddy bear, or clearly specify that it is a gift if it is meant to be complimentary.
Another absolutely unacceptable issue was the lack of replenishment of bathroom amenities. For the first two days we had a small bottle of mouthwash, which was then suddenly removed and only reappeared on the last day of our stay.
Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which is unacceptable in any hotel, especially in a 5-star one. At least two rolls should always be available, even more so considering that the toilet paper is single-ply, meaning it is used up very quickly.
The bathroom sink was broken, and we were informed of this at 3 p.m. during check-in. After a few days, we also discovered that the kitchen sink was broken and leaking water as well. The bathtub shower does not work.
As for breakfast, in a respectable 5-star hotel a waiter should come around and ask guests if they would like a hot beverage, but here everything is self-service and the food is replenished very slowly. I managed to get one piece of watermelon only after five days of staying at the hotel. The idea of having two chefs preparing eggs or noodles on the spot is nice, but unfortunately the queues become extremely long because it takes too much time to prepare even a single egg at a time.
The concierge is located on the lower floor and, in theory, as a proper 5-star hotel should do, the door should be opened for guests every time they arrive. Instead, this happens inconsistently. At this point, automatic doors would be more pleasant than having the door opened only every other day because the staff is busy talking among themselves.
Overall, I did enjoy staying at this hotel, but if it weren’t for the beautiful room and the courtesy of the staff, I would have left a much worse rating. In my opinion, you should seriously reconsider the level of service you provide, because it does not truly reflect a 5-star standard, except for a few small details such as complimentary water (not mineral), bathrobes, slippers, and the concierge service.

Not entirely the experience I was expecting to have. The hotel is labeled as a 5 star. Some features ring true to that assessment, but others quite frankly don’t. I have stayed in several other 5 stars in Bkk and this one by far is the less luxurious. First off, the room was nice, very clean, but tiny. You could barely walk past the bed and the tv. The layout has a weird design. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, with little to no space left for anything at all. The washcloth was neatly folded but then when you use it you have to put it on the bed, as there is no space available near the sink. Also, there is no outlet by the sink: if you need to use the air dryer you have to unplug the coffee machine and dry your hair blind. There was a night stand lamp, but it was unplugged. There is only one plug by the night stand, so it is either the phone charger or the lamp. When I tried to plug the lamp in, the outlet was loose so it would not hold. The pool area is nice. The fitness center needs some supervising.The equipment would be nice, if it were kept in good shape. Out of the two treadmills, only one worked. Both the elliptical machines squeaked loudly and the one I used was broken (didn’t register the change in levels).
I wanted to go to the bar, but no information about its floor was available in the room information booklet. I had to go to the restaurant and ask. Only one person locator takes you there, but it is trial and error since there is no information about it unless you happen to get on the right elevator. Opening hours are vague: I found it open at 5 pm on Friday, but it was closed shut at 6.30 pm on Saturday.
Breakfast was okay.
At check out they had me wait until room was checked. I get that the area is most touristic and that hotel guests can be obnoxious, but it is the first time I was asked to wait out of fear I had trashed the room. I am a tiny middle aged woman who booked a 5 star hotel. I’m not Terminator.

Great spacious room. Bathtub fills up very fast and really hot water available.
Bed super comfortable.
Breakfast options good and fresh.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely return.

The biggest highlight is the location — very central, with easy access to BTS and MRT, major shopping malls, and plenty of great restaurants and yoga studios nearby.

The prices are very affordable, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, served from 6:00 to 10:00 am. The gym, sauna, and pool are all free to use and spacious.

The room (including the bathroom) is a bit small, but it’s modern and well designed. There’s a coffee machine, though no kettle is provided. Overall, it offers great value for money.

One small suggestion: the traditional instrumental music played in the hallways is quite loud and could be heard in my room until midnight. I ended up using earplugs to sleep.

Very good location in Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong and Asok BTS Stations. You have shopping, restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep. I booked a Premier Single Room - VIP. The room and bathroom were big and spacious. Nice view. Complimentary water was provided daily. As a few others have mentioned, I think the hotel needs to renovate the bathroom, this looked old and in desperate need of being updated. The shower area was not safe. It is easy to create a swimming pool and slip. I showered in the bath which prevented water from flooding everywhere. Although my breakfast was included, I didn't bother as it didn't look very appealing. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. Always helpful and kind. The staff at reception not so much. They were not friendly at all and some were rude. Checking in and out was like watching paint dry. So slow. I come to Bangkok often for work and usually stay in a 5 Star hotel. This is definitely not a 5 Star hotel in my opinion. I would say this is more a 4 Star hotel. I personally prefer something more luxurious. However, I would recommend this if you are looking for a decent, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.

- There was a dirty air from air conditioner in the room. Air conditioner should be cleared.

First step, quick check in, well prepared, clear explanation, room is super, facilities are ready,, i got the upgrade because water in my room. Here is junior room.. Perfect, breakfast is awesome.. Location is best.
