The Peaberry Explorer Hotel in Chiang Mai City

The best place we could’ve stayed in Chiang Mai. Ten minutes from the airport, near 7-11, near enough to Old City and Nimman and all the hot spots, and surrounded by good local food.

The staff were amazing, hospitable, and attentive. Superb service, even letting us keep our luggage here when we came back another day!

As for the hotel rooms, spacious, comfortable, and showers were nice and warm. It has a nice atmosphere and felt very safe overall.

We are incredibly grateful to all the staff at The Peaberry for adding to our amazing experience in Chaing Mai. Nova was particularly helpful making recommendations for places to eat and visit, which we would may have not discovered otherwise. I left my reading glasses at the hotel, and when Jannicha found them, she WhatsApp’s me and posted them on the same day to our new hotel in Krabi.

The rooms we exceptional clean, quiet and all the basics were done very well (additional toiletries, great shower, safe etc). There is also a laundry service in the hotel and the WiFi is excellent.

The breakfast was also exceptional, and the coffee was superb. With discount for guests it represented real value for money.

The hotel is centrally located to most spots around Chaing Mai centre which is ideal.

We would recommend to anyone travelling as a couple, family or on their own.

Ms Sunisa is the gift to this hotel. Her warm and helpful welcome made us so comfortable. She was all willing to help us with our daily plans.

Lovely room, nice bathroom, very clean hotel, lots of natural light and comfortable seating for work and relax. Wonderful cafe with delicious and affordable menu. Wish I stayed here all my 4 nights here.

A small, charming boutique hotel perfectly located right by the old city walls — ideal if you want to be close to everything yet enjoy peace and quiet. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere calm, and the entire place is exceptionally well-maintained.

My stay was perfect. The room was comfortable with a small balcony I would use to enjoy the sites and sounds of the city in the evening. The AC and WiFi worked great. There was a lot of storage in the room. Lee, the manager, was awesome! She did everything she could to be certain I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and my visit to Chiang Mai. The breakfast each morning was awesome and Lee opened early one morning to let me eat breakfast before an early morning tour. Lee arranged two tours and my taxi to the airport. I would stay at The Peaberry again in a heartbeat.

A small hotel with friendly staff situated in the old part of Chiang mai. Although it lacks any amenities the location, price and service make up for it. The breakfast offered was not great but there is a Starbucks across the street.

Fantastic contemporary hotel with great staff and a decent breakfast. A bit far away from the main markets and pub streets but a tuk tuk will get you there pretty quickly.

Amazing hotel. Staff make you feel like you are guests at their home. Couldn't recommend any stronger. Mimi and James went totally out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our trip both in the hotel and with recommendations for area to visit. If you're in Chiang Mai... Stay at the Peaberry

The perfect place to stay in Chang Mai! The lovely, clean, rooms were very comfortable and hospitality we received from all the staff at The Peaberry was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They let us enjoy breakfast when we arrived early for check in, helped us find reasonably priced transportation around town, and even let us rest in the cafe's air conditioned space after we had checked but were exhausted on our final day in Chiang Mai. Would recommend to everyone!
