I had a really pleasant stay at this hostel overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city and find food, cafes, and transportation nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it comfortable even for solo travelers like me. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the bed itself was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
The only small issue I experienced was with the bedside light. The light was quite dim, so it was a bit difficult to read or do anything that required good lighting at night. It would be great if the lamp could be a little brighter.
Aside from that minor detail, everything else was great and I would still recommend this hostel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Clean and good location within heritage township of Chiangmai. Has spacious balcony with kitchen and filtered water. The friendly staff is kind to arrange day trip tour if you are interested.

Location is good near the night market. Place initially looked clean but there are always bunch of dirty rowdy teenagers at the roof top, bathrooms were left with dirty soiled stuff and pple were smoking and talking loudly at the balcony. There are no signs to request the travellers to keep quiet after a certain time. I told the owner and he just smiled n didn’t do anything abt it. Would not come again.

The service is good also the room is wide (as a hostel). Moreover, the location is very wonderful at the middle of Chiangmai city. For this reason, it is easy for you to hop in every where.

The hostel is very excellent in terms of cleanliness and location, and it has seating at the reception and a restaurant, as well as comfortable seating on the upper floor with Japanese design, as well as seating on the roof, with complete kitchen supplies available, but their problem is that they don’t know how to smile and say that you are living in A hospital for sadness and depression, and they do not change the bed cover, towel, and blanket until it has been repeated to them a million times.

Very tasty croissant with egg and club Sandwich.
I'm not a big fan of this type American pancake, I prefer European thin one, co except this position everything was super delicious. Thai tea and cappuccino as well.

Super yummy breakfasts, we got pancakes which were really good, and the scrambled eggs which came with yummy potatoes and fresh fruit. Super generous for the price! Good coffee too.

Great place for morning breakfast serving American breakfast, omelets, and pancakes. Good coffee as well set in a wooden house with many interesting antiques and memorabilia.

The Coffee is really good. Thai tea ist avrage and small size for that price.
The Coffee Shop itself is nice and the interior with lots of antique stuff (Like old TVs, old Gas Pump etc....)

Very nice place, really quite but peaceful. I came here for brunch while wandering around town. Found this little gem for Sunday morning. The food is great I got Pad Thai shrimp for 89bath.

Outstanding...great location (get bottom floor room if you can). Its peaceful, its clean, very friendly and a great location....really love this town, Gord hotel is very close to everything you need, will def be back, ty to the staff, especially the nice guy who is from the Cambodia border area

We walked through this little local street and saw GORD, a very charming hotel with character, like a hidden oasis in a very hot day. So we stopped for lunch. Love the oasis atmosphere, so relaxing. Staff was well trained, so welcoming and friendly. We order three dishes: Ginger chicken with rice was very well crafted, the juicy and tender chicken meat and homemade ginger sauce was so savoury favor; Vermicelli minced pork kra-pao was a must if you look for the local spice; And not to miss tasty and crispy outside and tender on the inside chicken wings.
We will definitely try the hotel next time. 👍❤️

Absolutely loved my stay here at this hotel. The service was amazing. One morning I had an early pick up for a tour they, made me a sandwich to go. So unexpected and so sweet. They were very helpful with locations and recommending various activities. Would stay here again. Central location as well, so lots of options with food, Sunday market etc.

Great hotel for the price. The owners/front desk employees are so helpful and kind. Ideally located near night markets, temples and nightlife activities, but still very quiet at night. Clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities. Didn't get the opportunity to eat breakfast or at the onsite restaurant, but the outside areas are nice and relaxing.
