The room was okay, and there’s a playful yellow cat in the shared kitchen. However, there’s a serious issue with the gate password at night. If you don’t receive the daily code, you can’t get inside. I stayed for 4 nights, and one night I didn’t get the code — I had to pay 600 THB for another hotel 1 km away just to sleep. No one answered the phone, and the gate code changes every day. Not a good experience, especially when visiting Chiang Mai for the Yi Peng festival.

Excellent. I stay here every time I visit Chiang Mai. It's clean and the environment is beautiful. Very comfortable stay.

I want to cancel my booking and I they don’t let me cancel. If so, I want to change guest infos but they also don’t let me change. I can’t do nothing. They only want money. They don’t have any responsibilities. Bad customer service.

I truly recommend to not choose this hotel because it’s very tough to get in touch with the owner. The first day i was here so confused how to check-in and cant find the front office and i have to wait too long till check-in. Next day I didn’t stay here but when i came back, the password to get into was changed and didn’t inform the customer in advance,this is made me so furious, i absolutely have to wait too long and try to call the owner by phone number,line and didn’t receive any response back from them,and i tried to chat in booking app because i book on here and she/her massaged me back. Finally idk why this hotel do not care the customer, you let me and other wait you to get a new pass and check-in.

Well... It's a broken building in the middle of nowhere
The front desk is hardly there. The room locks with a code.. and then won't open!
I was stuck outside my room for two hours before anyone arrive.
So I waited by the door from 18:00 until 20:00 pm
(also, there are no nice places nearby to pass the time while you're locked out of your room ..)
The room itself isn't nice as the photos shows here.
No amenities as described.
The bathroom smelled weird.
If you travel on a budget.. there are much better places, as this place is not even that cheap..

The room was an excellent value! I got it for only 562 Baht, and it sleeps 4 people. Check-in is conveniently done via Facebook; the property then sends you the room access code and a video tutorial. Service was excellent. There's a common area with a TV, and you can borrow kitchenware (cups, plates, bowls, spoons) from the common area on the 2nd floor. Awesome! A 200 Baht deposit is required, which is fully refundable upon check-out. Definitely recommended!
