Coffee, bananas, and snacks were all freely available. The accommodations didn't feel particularly modern or clean, but they weren't dirty at all.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even helping me store my luggage and hail a taxi in Thai.
I visited during the Chiang Mai Lantern Festival and was very satisfied with the affordable price.

The room price was cheap, but the experience didn't match the pictures/advertisements in the reviews at all. The pictures showed a single room, but upon arrival, it was a shared room with about 4-5 bunk beds, forcing me to share a room with many strangers.
• Major inconvenience: There was only one bathroom for 7-8 people, resulting in waiting and sharing.
• Atmosphere: There was a severe lack of privacy, and I constantly had to be considerate of other guests. I was afraid to set an alarm clock for fear of disturbing others.
Those expecting privacy or a single room as shown in the reviews should carefully consider before booking.

Rimnim hotel is a backpacker haven. Cleanliness is on point. Daily cleaning is done in the common areas, restrooms and rooms. It is a home away from home. Owner is very friendly and make sure your stay is pleasant. There’s self-serve coffee nook, fresh fruits always available on the dining table (for free) as well as breads and spreads.
If you worry about leaving your belongings, there is a designated cabinet for each room which you can lock when you go out. They also provide key card upon check in.
Location is near to everything. From supermarkets, pharmacy, massage parlors, cafes and restos. Walking around the area, you’ll find a lot of cozy cafes, good Thai restaurants and shops.
I will come back and stay here again🙂

Maya Mall is close to Wonnimman and there are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby~
It is a hostel with a friendly manager and a comfortable and free atmosphere!

This time, I slept in a hostel with 2 double beds, upper and lower. The bed was good and clean. There were towels, soap, and shampoo provided. The hotel is in the Nimmanhaemin area, so it is convenient and close to places to eat.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place with good vibe to stay in Nimman.
I've stayed here only for a day but deeply impressed by the kindness of the host:) I want to appreciate her for helping me out to finding my passport on the day I leave Chiang Mai. When I asked her for a help, she was out but came back to the building to check it out. She literally saved my life!

Great area if you're looking to stay in Nimmanheim; clean and cute, affordable price. Overall great value. Deluxe Queen bed room was surprisingly large with a narrow wraparound balcony. The kind woman who runs it was very responsive and pleasant when we needed to modify our reservation dates.

Highly recommended place to stay for a trip in Chiang Mai. Beautifully furnished rooms with a lot of natural light. Excellent location! And the cappuccino is delicious.

10/10 for impressive nights.Really enjoyed natural light from Full-length window in the morning when I got up.Rooms are perfect. Amenities already provided for you. Lot of plugs around the room which is sooo convenient when you come to staycation. Location also perfect too need only around 3-5 mins walked to Famous cafe,restaurant,Laundry.

I came across this place by a friend’s recommendation. Very cozy & humbly beautiful place for a short or even long stay when in Chiangmai. Strongly recommended for those who prefer to stay in Nimman neighborhood with quick access to cafés, local street food, restaurants, convenience stores, spa & shopping mall. Having no frills and drills, Breadfruit provides sufficient facilities and amenities, bedroom & bathroom are clean. The view on the top floor is spectacular, there is a small balcony for room 401. No worry about carrying your big luggage, the building is equipped with elevator, which is fantastic.
